A bunch of strange, costumed individuals show up in Ponyville, an entire convention’s worth in fact. No special powers amongst them and not a single clue as to what they should do in this strange new land of talking ponies.

Twilight Sparkle never thought she would ever be interested in teaching. Her entire existance was spent devoted to the study of magic (and the avoidance of making friends). But everything changed after she hosted a presentation at Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, the very same school she failed to enter as a foal.

Now she is in tiny Ponyville. A village just to the west of Canterlot. It's small, quiet, and unassuming, Twilight Sparkle is certain that it's the perfect place to learn how to teach. After all, nothing happens in small towns, right?

Unfortunately for Twilight, destiny works in strange ways, and the very fate of Equestria may depend on... Making friends?!

Twilight Sparkle had an unbreakable bond with her friends. Even after they had disappeared from Equestria, Twilight would always find a way to reach them. The connection they shared had always shone twice as bright as any other star in Luna's sky.

But...what happens when Twilight has to be the one to shatter that bond that they had worked so hard to forge? Why would she take a hammer to the wall of friendship she had tried so hard to create?

Still trying to find her place in the world Sunset Shimmer returns to Equestria in order to right the wrongs she committed there, however she finds it difficult to adjust back to the Pony lifestyle after being gone for so long. Then suddenly a masked villain captures Twilight, forcing Sunset Shimmer to lead the gang in order to save her as well as face her original sin.

For the last month, Twilight and Trixie have been having regular skirmishes. But when Twilight decides that Trixie's presence has become so normal that she might as well be living in the library, what will Trixie do? Perhaps more importantly, what will everypony ELSE do?

Legions bow before him! His name is whispered in terrified awe by even the greatest of clans and all know that none among the Horned Rat's children are as favoured as the magnificent Greyseer Thanquol (according to him, at least). His latest plan is ready to come to fruition and the stupid elf-things will face the unmatched might of the skaven horde, led by the equally unmatched genius of Thanquol of course.

Obviously the original plan needed some alteration. He actually meant to come to this strange land full of filthy sunlight and cheerful equines, he did! It's all part of his plan, that's right, and everyone else is just too stupid to realise its genius. None understand the brilliant master plan an intellect of his caliber produced. Yes, Greyseer Thanquol will let these pony-things teach him their secret magic and when he has learned all he can, improved by skaven ingenuity, he will use it to enslave their kind and return to Skavenblight at the head of an army!

He just needs to decide whether Luna or Celestia will make a better mount from which to gloat. Oh, and work out how their "Friendship Magic" but it will be Thanquol's!

Five years have passed since Spike fulfilled his dream, five years since he got the girl, five years since happiness seemed assured to him in his life. He now lives with a standing relationship with the best dressmaker in Equestria, but it hasn't been all sunshine and smiles for him like he expected it to be. Ever since his departure from Ponyville, his dreams have been plagued by thoughts of what he left behind, what could have been. They are dreams that allow his heart to speak, and they sing out in a beautiful chorus splashed with lavender.

His past has been set, but his future has not. Will he live with what he's got, or will he be the same enthusiastic romancer he once was to try and achieve something better with a faded flame?

For over a thousand years have we slept, enduring the dying screams of my brothers and sisters in arms. For over a thousand years have we dreamed of the day when we would break free of these bonds that bind us to our prison and come back into the world. For we were there when the nightmare had been banished... We were there when the Nightguard fell and was imprisoned. We were imprisoned because we followed her and yet we helped the sun. But we did not think that the sun would banish the nightmare or send us to endure more hardships. This is why we never forgot, and never forgave. Now, it seems that we will finally break free of this place, as Twilight Sparkle will be the key to releasing us both, entity and unicorn, to take our revenge on the sun!
