In the grim and dark future of the 41st Century, there is only war.
Or maybe not... Sometimes, war is not the only reality ponies of the Imperium face. Not even Spacemares only wage wars. Not even Equustodes. Sometimes, even in the middle of the battlefield, there are stories, lessons, bounds which can mark a pony forever.

These are such stories.

These are short stories, one shots and such narrating some of the adventures and banters of the Mane Six in the grim and dark future of the 41st millennium. While they are set in the same universe as them, I'll try to make them as independent as possible from The Mare in the Warp and the the other stories, but there may be some references from time to time (one way or the other).

I'd still recommend reading the Mare in the Warp.

The original idea for this is actually from an unfinished comic on deviantart by someone called Telgin I found a few years ago. Basically I just kept thinking about what happened next and this is the result. If you read the comic then the first chapter you can probably see the similarities.

Also many characters have their parallels in the game Mechanicus as well.

This story is a sequel to The Warriors of Chaos (Old version)

A thousand years ago, before Discord was imprisoned, a Warrior unlike any other rose from almost out of nowhere. Leading a vast Horde of corrupted ponies, This Warrior, Archaon The Everchosen, sowed ruination and destruction across Equestria, before being sealed in stone. A thousand years have past, and Equestria is no more, destroyed by another Warrior of Chaos named Ahriman, and his army, The New Black Legion. But Archaon has awakened from his stone imprisonment, and shall attempt to once again bring about The End Times. Ahriman's army must hold fast to defeat this foe for surely almost nothing can stop the path of destruction that Archaon walks.

Rated T for teen due to what could be intense violence, gore, and everything else you would expect from Warhammer.

Born to a family of tithe collectors in The Capitol, Twilight Sparkle is no stranger to the inner workings of the Administratum. When she is sent to investigate news of the return of the sister of the Empress, she discovers working in the Imperium of Man is rarely as clean as the reports suggest.

While the Astra Militarum wages war across countless worlds, against unknowable horrors, the Administratum wages its own war… mainly against itself. For the only thing that could compete with the will of the divine is the wheels of Imperial bureaucracy.

Stuck between overseeing debtors, strange cults, and making sure her new associates don’t kill each other first, a strange prophesy involving some mysterious rocks is the least of her concerns.

An idea I had a few years ago that that has been sitting on my hard drive, thought it would be nice to finish it off and post it somewhere.

the guttural cry to war bellowed from the throats of greenskins, or rather the threat of an unsuspecting greenskin fan, Jacob smith now grimgor ironhide via the machinations of merchants and the gods Mork and Gork (or Gork and Mork?), it is holy duty to fulfill the will of the greenskins gods, to unleash a WAAAGH of a scale unmatched, the planet equiss trembles in fear of its new war hungry natives

(Authors note: For those wandering, this is fantasy greenskins not 40k orks, just clearing that up)

In one plane of reality, Pinkie Pie sees everything that Chara went through and proceeds to setup a situation of eternal annoyance and frustration.

In an entirely different plane of reality, Pinkie Pie sees Chara's situation and, despite everything Chara did afterwards, not to mention the chaos Tzeentch and his lackeys have undoubtedly sown by this point, proceeds to help her recover from it in the only way she knows how: by warping reality.

An alternate ending to New Chaotic Friends! that gives a decidedly more hopeful ending for Chara, as well as to show just how far Pinkie Pie will go to help someone smile when they clearly need it.

Spoilers for both Undertale's Pacifist and Genocide Runs, though given the subject matter and the game's age those should be expected.

A Ponyhammer: 40,000 story. Lieutenant Stormhoof of the Lamenters finds himself stranded on a feudal world. Away from his chapter, he is placed in charge of the defence of this world against the xenos that threaten it. After a rather Interesting interaction with a certain individual, Faust has accepted the task of granting 21 souls new life on Equus, on top of gifting them to certain individuals to raise them properly. With the aid of friends, she must choose wisely. It shouldn't be too difficult, her little ponies and their allies have overcome tremendous challenges.

How hard can it be to raise the Emperor of Mankind's Primarch sons.

In the Grim Darkness of the 11th Millenium, there is only War. A Northern Fortress of the Imperium of Ponykind has come under assault from Discord's legions, and the God-Empress herself leads the vanguard to liberate the land.

But it soon becomes apparent that a much greater struggle is at hand, one that could lead to the destruction of the entire world...
