Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy have had a rocky relationship, with ups and downs over the course of years, and Rainbow's ready to call it quits for good. As she stands at the door, willing herself to knock, there's something holding her back: she's still in love. Love alone isn't enough to make it work, but as their relationship threatens to end forever, they have one last chance to make sense of it all.

And Rainbow Dash can't stop remembering.

Mother's Day is finally here, and Scootaloo wants to make it extra special for her adoptive mother. Will she be able to find the perfect present for Diamond Tiara?

Twilight Sparkle has asked Rarity over to the castle to help with... something. She wouldn't say what. And Rainbow Dash is sure going out of her way to make certain Rarity gets there. Finally time to deal with this, it seems.

Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy had recently moved in together, with everything going swimmingly. Pretty soon, it's apparent that Rainbow has gotten a bit slack with the housework, usually leaving Fluttershy to do it. This doesn't bode well, as it eventually catches up to both of them.

Applejack is cleaning her attic and finds an ugly mask. She offers it to Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie, because they enjoy pranking ponies. Rainbow is first to arrive to check it out, and finds out there seems to be more to the mask than Applejack knew.
She has to have it, and she can't wait to try it out.

When Rainbow Dash makes a startling revelation to Twilight Sparkle, it sparks a serious discussion about painful events in the past, what the future holds, and self-realization and the nature of destiny.

The other sequel (although chronologically a prequel, technically), Born in Equestria, is also now finished.

It wasn’t Rainbow Dash’s idea of a good time, but watching the Butterfly Migration was a perfect excuse to spend time with Fluttershy. Their conflicting schedules had been forcing them apart for the past few days, and for a while the two simply enjoy each others company. But as the afternoon drags on, and thought’s that Rainbow has tried desperately to fight back begin to surface, things get out of hoof fast. A disastrous accident brings the two closer together than they have ever been before, and soon the peaceful afternoon becomes a fight for survival. This is a story of self discovery, and a confusing, but prosperous relationship between two mares.
