I like that it ended this way. It makes sense in-universe that it could turn out the way it did. I enjoyed the whole work either way. Besides, I’m just a monumental tease.
Thank goodness for Zecora. I was hoping somepony would step in since RD was getting addicted to what she could do. Lol. Never trust a mask like that.
I liked the way this ended. Saved before things could become damaged beyond repair. I kinda had a feeling Zecora would show up when RD started chasing the stallion towards the forest. This wasn't terrifying, but still unsettling enough given magic has so many possibilities and knowing it's not good magic makes it scary in its own right.
