Sliding in an entry for the Friendship is Optimal writing contest, just before the wire. This is technically my second go at writing for the contest; my attempt at writing a more traditional FiO story was far too depressing for my liking. Those who have read my TF fiction know that I prefer to have happy endings and uplifting changes; for people to become who they desire to be rather than wallow in grim darkness.
In any case, one thing that I rarely see in FiO is an actual transformation; for the protagonist to actually experience the transfer from meat human to digital pony. While many stories use the discontinuity for drama, sometimes there's a lot more meaning to be found in witnessing that crossover.

A post "Last Problem" story I've been working on for a very long time and my first Fanfiction. Working on a squeal.

After giving it some thought I have decided to change the rating to Teen due to the overall subject of this story and the intended squeal just to be on the safe side.

As a teenage pony, travel you back and forth in time in order to save Equestria from a devastating future, while also learning how to accept the magic of friendship and leave behind a painful past.

2nd POV story in which your OC is the main character. Each chapter will have three alternatives based on your OC's pony race. References to the OC will be gender neutral in writing.

The story takes place in the same universe as "Apostle", though little to no spoilers will be present.

The entire city of Canterlot is on edge after the changeling invasion. Buildings are damaged, the royal wedding delayed, and some ponies are missing. One of those is a handypony named Tinker Cob. His employers and friends hire a private investigator to try and find him. However, this missing pony has a terrible secret. He may just disappear forever.

This story is part of The Quicksilver Chronicles, a series of stories that follow the adventures of Quicksilver and Misty as they make their way through whatever fate throws at them. While it would be good to read the series in order, knowledge of the prequels is not required to understand and enjoy this story.

Rarity has finally opened her own boutique store in Canterlot, which is a dream come true! That means that she can sell her newest line of fashion clothes to many ponies who adore the princesses and let them shine throughout Equestria, and enjoy her newfound fame, right?

Wrong! Because somehow, one way or the other, Sassy Saddles, her manger at said store has taken a great deal in only ONE of the dresses in the Royal regalia collection and that’s the “princess dress.” And that has been gaining popularity ever since the store has opened! Frazzled, Rarity tries to make some new creative additions to the dress to show her unique style which got shot down automatically by her manager, and the customers who want each dress the same way as it was. When Rarity decides to shut down the boutique by having a closing down sale, she then finds out the ponies adore the other dresses and realizing that Rarity’s rules are creative and one-of-a-kind, Sassy decides to help Rarity run the boutique her own way.

But what if something else happened?

What if at Sassy’s suggestion of an assembly line, Rarity decided to throw in the towel and close down her own boutique for good? How would Sassy react? How would her friends react? How would all of Canterlot react? How different would it have been? It would probably result in an outcome that Rarity would regret later on...

The much anticipated promotion of Shining Armor to Captain of the Canterlot Guard arrives, but is overshadowed by a bout of mania in his younger sister Twilight Sparkle as well as an even more anticipated marriage proposal. The bout of mania gives the infiltrating Changeling enemy chances to spread misinformation, and they begin to gather strength from opposition within Equestria itself...
