Shining Dazzlings
The beach had more people on it during August. With less and less space available for new visitors to enjoy the hottest time of the year, Summer has always been better for a trip to the beach. A van entered the parking lot while giving the view of the shine from the ocean. Upon parking, the side door slid open, revealing three young adults in their beautiful and expensive swimsuits.
“The beach looks really crowded.” Sonata said, looking at the beach. “I don’t think today is the right time.”
“It was your idea and we agreed it’s today or never.” Aria retorted while moving her hair. “But you're lucky that I love swimming, especially when we went to that private lake last Spring.”
“Is it because we were the only ones there?”
“No, duh.”
Inside the van, their leader is putting on her sunglasses as she steps foot outside while closing the door. She’s carrying her bag of beach supplies, knowing that her second time swimming in this world would be just like last time.
“May I remind you that my whole hair was mucky and unkempt the last time I swam underwater!?” She placed her hand on her hips, while giving Sonata a stern look.
“You decided to swim over to the other side of the lake, I didn’t know it was only half clean.” Sonata responded.
“Well maybe next time we go to a private lake, I’m choosing where we should swim, otherwise you’ll be the one with muck in your hair.”
“Adagio,” Aria chiming in. “At least the beach isn’t as filthy as where we went to last time. I don’t want to argue today, so can we please find a spot so we can relax?”
Adagio hated being told what to do from Aria or Sonata, but on the other hand, she still agrees with them from time to time. Taking so much time with their audio tuning along with practice sessions, relaxing in the van simply wasn’t enough anymore.
“Whatever, let’s just find a spot on the beach.”
“You know we’re also here to be adored.” Sonata said.
“Well for right now, we’re gonna lay under the sun for a little while.”
The Dazzlings left the parking lot as they began their day on the beach. A few people caught their attention on their swimsuits for how fancy and stylish they are. It made the Dazzlings way more beautiful, with their bodies getting more exposure. Not to mention how shapley they are to stand out to anyone they come across.
“We will pose pictures from these people later.” Adagio smiled.
Just a few yards away from the attention seekers, you just finished watching your friend Fleur De Lis doing karaoke and agreed to go swimming with her in the water. All you need is your swimming goggles that are in your bag from your car.
“Did you really need to keep your goggles in your car?” Fleur rolled her eyes. “You could’ve just brought them with you.”
“You do realize there’s not a lot of space here, right?” You replied.
“Yes. I realize that, but I do enjoy savoring the moment before we hit the waves.”
“Hey, at least I’m the one who drove you here.”
Fleur didn’t like how her time between activities had to be delayed, but you made the choice to not pick a spot to stay. You needed to keep your supplies you brought along safe in your vehicle to prevent anyone here from stealing it. But on the other hand, you’re giving Fleur a hard time to enjoy herself on the beach.
“Look I’m sorry, I’m slowing you down, but I went on the beach with my family when I was little. Not an adult where I have to look out for myself.” You confessed.
“You know it’s one thing to hang out on a wonderful day, but it’s another when it’s all taking place on the beach.” Fleur sighed. “I would have forgiven you if you made it up to me by making this day way better.”
You wanted to do the right thing with her friend, but other than swimming, you really had nothing for her. Eating ice cream and doing karaoke didn’t do much to please her, but you never know when the unexpected would come your way.
The Dazzlings have been looking at the perfect spot for them to relax while also being close to the ocean. But then Adagio stopped herself, causing Aria and Sonata to take notice. Not much further away in the distance, she saw you, without you noticing her. When she sees you walking with nothing to carry, along with a white hair girl, who came to her concerts in the Starswirl Festival before.
“Adagio?” Sonata responded.
“Look at that dude over there.” Adagio pointed at you.
“What about him?” Aria added.
“I don’t recall him being part of the crowd during our concerts.” She smiled. “And he looks…”
“Hot?” Sonata guessed.
“No...cute, in a good way.” Adagio smirked. “Let’s go talk to him.” When you’re about to walk past the taken spots to get to the parking lot, you then hear a call that could’ve been for anyone. “Hey!” When you see the person who’s responsible with that voice, you then see Adagio along with her girls by her side.
“Oh my heavens.” You commented just by looking at their swimsuits.
Fleur also saw The Dazzlings from the way they walk with a few people watching them. “What are they doing here?” She smiled.
“I have no idea.”
Adagio steps in front of you whilst also taking off her shades. Her eyes were lidded with a satisfied smirk on her face. “So...what’s your name lover boy?” You couldn’t find an answer from the way she’s seducing you. Not only is her swimsuit is the thing that stands out the most, making her far more gorgeous in your eyes. “Well, I may not be the most attractive woman on the planet, but I never blame people who enjoy my swimsuit.”
“Ugh...I’ve never met someone or…people like you before.” You replied while also looking at Sonata and Aria.
“We’re the Dazzlings and we were one of the bands at the Starswirl Festival.” Aria introduces herself. “I’m Aria Blaze.”
“Sonata Dusk.” Sonata added.
“And yours truly, Adagio Dazzle.” Adagio finished.
“Hey excuse me?” Fleur interrupted, walking in front of The Dazzlings. “You may not know me but I was one of the people who attended your concerts at the Starswirl Festival.”
“Oh don’t worry, we remember several familiar faces and you’re one of them.”
Fleur felt really relieved to learn that she’s remembered by The Dazzlings. Then it gave her an idea. “Hey, how about we all go swimming together?”
“Actually we’re gonna find a spot so we can relax under the sun for a bit.” Sonata said, looking at her surroundings.
“Don’t worry about it.” Adagio turning to Sonata. “We can do that afterwards.”
You didn’t forget to get your goggles, but on the other hand, you're meeting one of the hottest women you’ve ever seen in your life. It’s impossible to have this opportunity slide at the moment. “Well we shouldn’t waste any more time and head to the water!” He cheered.
“But what about your goggles?” Fleur wondered. “You know your eyes are gonna get irritated without them.”
“Hey it’s fine. I’m sure I can handle it.”
“Oh what’s wrong? You want us to give you attention?” Adagio giggled.
“Judging how you just met us, anyone would want attention from us.” Aria added.
You blushed while trying to keep your cool in front of The Dazzlings. “Somebody’s going hubba hubba for girls.” Fleur smiled wholeheartedly, rolling her eyes.
“Hey!” You turned around.
Minutes later, The Dazzlings take you and Fleur to where they're going to swim. So many people have taken so much space in the water. Adagio wants her own space without anyone in her way. But unfortunately, what she’s really doing is trying to get your affection.
“This is where we are gonna swim.” Adagio pointed. Without wasting anymore time, you and the group head to the water. Sonata covered the ground with the beach blanket while she and The Dazzlings took off their sandals. With Fleur taking off her sandals, you were the first to step in the water.
“The water is so warm.” You responded while you felt the ocean from your legs. “You sure this is the perfect spot?”
“Oh yes.” Adagio smirked as she and the others stepped foot in the water. “Why else would the water be so warm?”
“Not only that,” Aria added. “You know how to make this easy for us.”
“What do you mean?” You reacted.
“It’s nothing.” Sonata giggled. With the whole group right next to you, Fleur was the first to swim under the water. Sonata then splashed water onto you, catching you by surprise. You then splashed back at her, while Adagio and Aria just watched you.
“Keep Fleur occupied, let me take care of him.” Adagio ordered, while Aria listened intently.
Sonata then ducks her head in the water to swim with Fleur, leaving yourself with Adagio right behind you. She makes the first move by wrapping her arms around you, making your whole body shake.
“Oh my-” You shouted until Adagio placed her hand over your mouth.
“Relax, I’m just having fun?” She lidded her eyes. “Besides, don’t you want to swim with me?”
“Yes I do, but-” Just when you moved her hand out of the way, she placed her other hand over your mouth.
“Then swim, while you carry me.” When she lifted her legs up, you had no choice but to hold onto her legs. “You can duck into the water, I’m totally fine with it.”
You couldn’t think of another way to get out of this. A girl is giving you an opportunity of a lifetime, whilst also carrying her from behind. But on the other hand, she’s taking it easy on you. “Okay, just hold on to me.”
As Adagio kept her grip onto you, you ducked into the water. Every time you do this with your family, you’d always get sait in your eyes, but the water here is much clearer. When you opened your eyes, you didn’t immediately head to the surface as you saw Fleur, Aria, and Sonata swimming together. When you turned to your left, you saw Adagio giving you another smirk while enjoying the water on her body.
“She must be hiding something from me.” You thought as you swam towards the others. When you took the time to hold your breath, you saw Fleur and The Dazzlings right by you as you saw the sunlight reflecting from the surface. It was far better than what you imagined when you met the Dazzlings just a few minutes ago. “This is beyond good for a reward out in the open!”
You then reached to the surface with your lungs burning for air. You and Adagio popped out of the water with a big splash. Your entire head became wet while Adagio let go of you as she floated in the water.
“Now that was satisfying.” She moved her wet long hair out of the way. Soon, Sonata, Aria and Fleur popped their heads out of the water.
“I love this so much!” Fleur cheered.
“It wouldn’t have happened if we didn’t come here.” Sonata added.
“Not to mention your friend is enjoying himself.” Aria giggled.
“Yeah, I can’t even pretend to ignore what you just said.” You replied while Adagio pinched your cheek.
After spending around twenty minutes in the water, you and the girls got out of the water while heading to your spot on the beach. After drying yourself off with a towel, you laid back on your beach towel with The Dazzlings by your side. Fleur heads to the outhouses to use the bathroom. With your friend who’s having a great time hanging out with The Dazzlings, you also took the time to swim with Adagio.
When you saw Adagio, along with her sisters by her side, it was the first time a girl, or in this case three girls were relaxing while appreciating you. But the question you had from before still remains on why they’re doing all of this.
“Sometimes, I love the beach.” Aria commented while her eyes are still closed. “It’s always delightful to finally get some peace and relaxation.”
“Correct.” Adagio replied. “And the beach has never been this perfect in my eyes.”
“Well…” You tried to make the next move. “You’re not wrong on that, but when you're done here, it’s mostly a pleasure to meet you in person.”
Upon hearing everything you said, Adagio took off her shades while giving you another smile. “Mostly?” She replied. “Who said this was a once in a lifetime experience just for you?”
You then took notice, thinking today wasn’t a one time only deal. “Umm...your executives, who are responsible for making you popular?”
“Actually, I never remember our executives having a meeting about that.”
“Yeah, because you never saw who we really are.” Sonata added.
“Yes, because you called me out earlier. I did have a great time but...I still don’t understand why you’ve decided to spend your time with me.”
Adagio was waiting for you to say that. She’s always ahead of the game no matter what people think otherwise. “Considering we’re seeking more attention, we would’ve been doing karaoke right now.” Adagio giggled as she spoke out.
“Then why are you hanging out with me where you could’ve attracted an audience on the beach?” When you stood up, Adagio walked up to you, being seductive like before.
“Because I like you.” She then placed both of her hands onto your shoulders. You became stunned in disbelief, all without a shirt on. “Usually, boys are mostly losers who never step up their game to get a girl. But you...I’m pretty sure you're no loser in my eyes.”
“Okay so, what made yo- you think that?” You stuttered.
Her face slowly got closer to you at a level you couldn’t complain, nor feel uncomfortable. “Why should you question that? You know a woman like me would love to hang out with a dude like you.”
“Especially since his friend is a fan of our singing talents.” Aria stands up, and so does Sonata.
“Besides, after we’re done on the beach, we’re gonna head back to the Starswirl Festival to come up with a new music video.” Sonata added.
“And I’m sure your best friend would be a good addition as one of our backup dancers.” Adagio smirked.
You’ve known Fleur for a long time, and know a lot about her career in life and that her dancing has improved with each passing week. She always dances to pop music on her phone while she hopes to be a backup dancer with her favorite band on stage.
“But what’s in it for me?” You raised an eyebrow. “No offense, but if you seriously think I’m just gonna give you a pass to take my friend, then no.”
The Dazzlings looked at each other, waiting for this moment to happen. “Actually, other than giving you respect like any other boy, we have something you will never regret.” Adagio and Aria wrapped their arms around yours as they escorted you. “Follow us.”
In one of the bathroom outhouses, Fleur finally got out after taking so long. When she saw her spot on the beach, you along with The Dazzlings weren't there. At first she thought you were getting ice cream with the band but from where you're at, Fleur would never believe it. She heard kissing and moaning noses from behind the outhouses.
When she headed behind to the outhouse that was by the one she was using, she stood there, seeing you lock lips with Adagio. Over the past two minutes, she kissed all over your face while showing you how great of a kisser she is.
“What’s going on here?” Fleur said firmly, placing her hand on her hip. This caused Adagio to break the kiss while looking at your friend.
“Is privacy too much to ask for? Not to mention my boyfriend is in love with me.”
You felt dumbfounded, but couldn’t argue how awesome it felt to kiss Adagio on her clean lips. “Have you been making out with her?” She replied while trying to snap you out of it.
“Just leave him be.” Sonata prevents Fleur from slapping you in the face. “We’ve heard you're a great dancer.”
“Not to mention we’re gonna be paying a great salary to any backup dancers who are volunteering.” Aria added.
Adagio walked up to Fleur, while giving her a clear opportunity to realize her dreams. “Let’s just agree that your life should be a lot more worth living if you're one of our dancers. As long as your buddy enjoys his position with us, I’ll guarantee you’ll be just as famous as we are.”
When Fleur saw the way you were enjoying this moment with The Dazzlings, it’s impossible to let it slide at this point. It was far more unreal she’ll get the chance she’s been chasing for most of her life. She grew a smile as she kissed you on the cheek while you blushed more.
“Take as much time as you want.” She closed her eyes. “I’m gonna get some snow cones for all of us.” She left while getting to the stands where all the food is located.
“You...have to be...this insane do to...something this crazy to me!” You blurted out, while you can’t get over the fact you’ve made out with the lead singer of a popular band.
“If we were actually crazy, our style wouldn’t be like this.” Adagio lid her eyes. “If you agree to our deal, we'll keep doing this until you're burned out.”
You had nothing to say, but you couldn’t blame yourself. They were willing to show they don’t have cold hearts when people make a stand against them. In fact the more you continue with this, you would have a life you never could have experienced.
“But in the meantime, let me show you how I care about you as a girlfriend.” Adagio turned to Aria, who’s now allowed to take her turn. As she backed away, Aria walked up to you.
“For the record, you're not my type, but the more I do this, the more you’ll grow on me.” She pressed her lips onto yours as she began her making out with you. You give in and closed your eyes, while Aria takes full control. To think it wasn’t enough, Adagio is allowing you to kiss one of her band members, without regretting it.
“Am I the next to kiss him after she’s done?” Sonata wondered.
“Yes you are.” Adagio replied. “I love the beach when interesting and fun things like this happen. ”
