A (relatively) long time ago, in the exact same house I'm in right now, I wrote the start of a really crappy MLP fanfic. It has gone unpublished for good reason, but I do remember one section that I was actually legitimately proud of; two paragraphs or so of description as the Mane Six walk back to Ponyville from Canterlot. (because this was before Season 2; and the train hadn't yet become a common thing.)

To say the last couple of months have been busy is an understatement and a half. Between school and work, I've been basically going 16 hours a day every day with very few breaks. Welp, tonight, I'm not even where I've been staying for the past year or so. I'm back where I used to spend my nights making my very early YT content, back at my family home in the summer house, all on my own in peace and quiet, drinking a vanilla macchiato. I'm also surrounded by lit candles and Christmas lights, which is important because...Christmas stuff. I promise I'm not doing a satanic Christmas ritual involving sacrificial elements!
