Good news? Well, I sure got a nice big pile of likes! We're not even twenty-four hours into this thing and it's hit 34 likes. That's pretty decent! Far short of the feature box but not bad. A Gentleman's Price didn't feature on launch either and this story outpaced that one which only managed 32 likes over 24 hours.

So Princess Luna released a new DREAMSCAPE version yesterday. And apparently I'm one of the early adopters, because I had a hell of a dream.
Still not sure how I feel about Thanksgiving. On the one hand, we've got a nightmare for anyone working retail (my heart goes out to you, and just know I'm staying home tomorrow and friday so there's one less customer to worry about), and on the other hand, we've got an expectation to go back to family whose opinions are radically different from my own to celebrate a romanticized story of a pretty damn violent colonization. It's been almost a full year since I've actually written new content for Pony-Me. That chapter published back in August was the very last chapter I had in my little stash of chapters that I originally intended to have serve as a buffer zone between moments when I'd be unable to write for whatever reason.
Haha, who could've known that they'd be the only chapters I'd write for a long, long time.
As noted a week ago, and in my blog post a few days ago, I am totally at Everfree Northwest. It doesn't start until tomorrow, but I hung out with a bunch of writer folks tonight. Everyone was someone I met for the first time tonight, but so far, I've met:

Two blog entries in the same month?! What could possibly have brought on such jubilant lack of sanity? In my case, I’m just very happy that seven months after its last update, my favourite of my stories now finally has a third chapter!
Because it wouldn't be the holidays if it wasn't last minute, right?
So anyway...about the chapter for "Grief" that was planned to go up tonight...it's, uh...it's not finished.
It's so close to being finished that it's not funny, and by all accounts, I easily should've been able to get it finished this week, helped by the fact that I've been feeling pretty good about this next chapter.
But it's not.

so writing down all my random thoughts seems to be helping me focus, so im going to keep doing it despite knowing that maybe 10 people are going to see them. For those that do, i hope i gave you an idea, or that you just enjoy my ramblings. either way it helps my anxiety and my grades so why not i guess.
