Equestria has fallen. Princess Cadance, the Alicorn of Love is the only princess still standing. The perpetual blizzard beyond the borders of her kingdom has been a natural barrier to the war. The Crystal City is the last beacon of hope for the refugees seeking safety within its dome.

Meanwhile, Celestia awaits her fate at the headstallion's block. Queen Chrysalis languishes in darkness, isolated for the rest of her days from her children and her nation. Flamespyre and his children move to extinguish what hope there is. Discord remains aloof, content it seems to watch.

Faced with a foe that is perhaps more familiar than she might realize, Twilight must find a way to restore her broken world and carry on the legacy of her beloved princesses.

Some powerful spell cast by pony or ponies unknown has placed Equestria on the world of Caen, in the midst of conflict between the Iron Kingdoms. The sequel to Rise of the Dragonking of the "Prince of the Changelings" trilogy.

War has come. Silent Wing must gather those his father commanded him to bring halfway around the world where the scars of the past are forever written upon the very sands. As he, Luna, and members of the Mane Six travel in hopes of saving Twilight Sparkle, Star Journey and Atalanta, Celestia and Chrysalis are left to lead their small forces against an overwhelming foe.

Discord remains missing, his reasons for not showing for the past fifteen years a secret.

Flamespyre sets his eye upon Twilight Sparkle and Princess Luna for reasons that can only be for his own twisted pleasure. He begins to slowly reveal his plan for the world. His target is the very magic through all the land, air, and sea. If he can but wrest control of it for himself and deny it to others, then he would indeed be unstoppable. But how can he do this?

He has a name for it: Oblivion.

Another had the very name once, five thousand years ago. One thousand years ago, it stirred a certain Nightmare against her own sister.

The chaos of war shatters a thousand years of peace as the madness of a monster spreads his evil. No place is safe. Not even the mind of Princess Celestia. All hopes rest upon the small form of the adopted son of Queen Chrysalis, Silent Wing. It could very well destroy him.

As an infection spreads across Equestria, the survivors must band together in order to survive. Rainbow Dash has gathered with her six friends and the Cutie Mark Crusaiders. But after a tragic accident, Rainbow is forced to leave the group with a partner. Will Rainbow and her partner be able to survive this outbreak, or will they fall and become infected themselves?

Discord Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony is now reformed, but he is struggling to form Friendships due to his consent chaotic pranks he likes to pull on people, his only friend is the Element of Kindness Fluttershy but even her friends still do not trust Discord for what he done to them in the past. This inability to balance Chaos and Friendship will lead him to decide which one is more important even going as far as to think about giving up his powers to someone else.

Elsewhere in another dimension, Joker the Clown Prince of Crime uses Lex Luthors space dimension portal to travel to another world in order to avoid the combined might of Batman and Superman and happens to end up in Equestrian. What are the odds.
