Spike finally decides to reveal his feelings for the pony he cares about, and nothing could possibly be better.

This isn't exactly full of a huge amount of conflict, it's mostly a sappy lovey dovey romance story for one of the cutest ships I've ever seen, because I'm a big sap and sucker.

Ever since Spike and Sweetie Belle became a couple, Rarity couldn't help but feel jealous over their relationship. As years go by, she finally decides to talk to Spike in order to confess her feelings towards him. Only to realize that she isn't prepare for what Spike has to say about her.

Dragons are feared creatures, portrayed as horrific monsters in every bedtime story that ponies have known from birth.

Spike is a dragon. And as time goes on, he grows more acutely aware of his monstrous side and wonders if the fabled beast is all he is meant to be.

His fears come to light one day while he his helping Rarity collect some gems. The two are attacked by a rogue Diamond Dog and Spike, acting in fear and anger, kills their attacker. Horrified at his actions, he flees into the Everfree Forest with the rest of the monsters. Now, it is up to Twilight and Rarity to find him and bring him back home, if they can prove to him that he is not the monster he believes himself to be.

Spike does not like hugs. And he definitely does not like sleeping next to Twilight. At all.

A story of compromising and growing up.

Rarity asks Spike his opinion on her latest wear. This leads to them spending time together in each other's embrace. At the same time, Rarity reminiscence on how she fell in love with the purple drake.

Spike is tired of doing everything Twilight forces him to do. On day she pushes him off the edge and runs away into the Everfree Forest. Twilight realized what she has done and gose out to find Spike.

Will she get him in time before his life is in danger in the deadly shadows of Everfree?

A random short story I made for a school project. Pay it no mind, it is poorly written and not edited. I decided to post for no reason what so ever.

Ever since they first met, Fluttershy always wished Spike would care for her like she did for him. But he never did take his eyes away from Rarity. Thanks to new circumstances, she may just have a chance to show how she felt to him, but what will he think of this?
