After the events of 'What About Discord', Discord apologizes to Twilight for not inviting her to spend time with him on his amazing weekend with her friends. Then, Twilight reveals something shocking to him that he wasn't expecting.

The Gold Horseshoe Gals have always enjoyed their trips to Las Pegasus, and this year was no exception. They even picked up a new member in the form of Rainbow Dash.

However, when the gals get back to Ponyville, Granny Smith decides she needs to have a talk with her granddaughter, Applejack. Of concern to the elderly mare, is what her granddaughter seems to think about the elderly gals, especially Granny Smith herself..

But is it really just Applejack underestimating a bunch of old mares, or is there something else afoot? And is there a reason why Granny Smith and the other Gold Horseshoe Gals didn't speak up sooner?

After Rarity says something that breaks his heart, Spike snaps and storms out of her boutique. Leaving Rarity confused by the last words he said before he left. Discord appears and decides takes her on a little trip through time to show her how Spike really feels about her.

This story takes place during the events of Simple Ways and after the events of Twilight's Kingdom.

Will the three little fillies ever come home? And most important of all, will Diamond Tiara get her just deserts for her involvement in the whole Gabby Gums nightmare?
