In life, there are thousands of choices and roads upon which we tread and travel, some with tentative glances and slow paces, and others with broad, eager strides.

But sometimes, we lose those choices, and our road ends... but what happens if we are set upon another road? What if you could keep walking, even if it meant walking with four instead of two? What then?

The year is 2414. The Federation is alive and well. The Klingons back to being the Federation’s Allies, the Romulans power diminished, the Undine now an Ally, and the Borg all but washed up. And by now the Zeta Andromeda Galaxy had moved close enough to the Milky Way to allow a Transwarp Gate connection. Starfleet has jumped on the chance and is now exploring the new Quadrant. Leading the charge is the Temporary Federation Flagship U.S.S. Evans-A, veteran of the Klingon-Federation War, the Borg’s invasion of the Alpha Quadrant, and the Romulan-Reman Civil War with Vice Admiral Blaze Johnson at the helm, the man who destroyed the Borg H.I.V.E.
Arriving at an uncharted system, Blaze and his loyal crew find a mystery. A planet that is the center of its system, surrounded by Spatial anomalies, and the primary species are Ponies? Defying the Prime Directive, Blaze goes and explores the planet. But there is more on the planet than its ultra friendly inhabitants. What he finds there could threaten not only the planet called Equestria, but the Federation, and both the Milky and Zeta Andromeda Galaxy.

So you're probably wondering, "Hey Mr. White Skies, who are you?" Well you see, I'm now a pegasus pony who used to be a human that suffered from acrophobia, or fear of heights. And falling. And splatting into the ground after a very unfortunate incident involving planes, defunct parachutes, and a terrible jump instructor.

It's a HiE turned Pony story, so it's not very original in that sense. But I figured how would a human adapt to depending on the one thing that he fears the most?

Some minor language in the prolouge, but the rest is mostly clean.

Edit: The feelsy-romance-y stuff is in the Interludes, told from a 3rd POV. Skip em if you want, it's not crucial to the plot.

He is a college drop-out part-time worker. He is a dentistry student. Together, they are two total twats with no ambitions to go further then the next game, comic book or puff.

And now, they are ponies. Under the names of Lucky Chance and Midnight Watch they must find a way back to the human world using their extensive knowledge of the television show, the Laws of Narrative and sarcasm.
Will they be able to rise above themselves and face the many challenges that await them? Will they be able to figure out the true meaning of Friendship? Will they be able to not murder each other or themselves while doing so? Do they even want to go back?

If you ask a dozen different ponies who Palette Brush is, you’d get a dozen different answers. Librarian, artist, writer, weirdo, newcomer- and if you asked her yourself, you’d probably get just as many answers back.
Or you might get “Interloper from another world stuck here and dealing with it.”
Of course that was ages ago, and the only thing Palette is worrying about now is the upcoming Summer Sun celebration. Surely nothing can go wrong with that, right?

Celestia wakes up in human form and at an insane asylum where similarities between the world she is in now and the world of Equestria cause her to wonder if Equestria even exists or if she simply made it up to escape her human life. Does she try to hold on to her memories of her Canterlot life or does she let them go and accept them as nothing more than stories? Who is she going to trust? Who is she anyway?
