The Doctor always travels with a companion, usually a human. But when he appears on a world that he has no prior knowledge of, he picks up a new companion. One that is not human, but a pony named Twilight Sparkle.

Now that the Doctor has a new companion, what crazy adventures will they encounter in space and time?

Note: The Doctor being used in this story is the tenth incarnation, and he is not a pony, he is the humanoid Doctor. And this is not a romance, it's an adventure story.

It has been several months since the disappearance of Twilight Sparkle..

One night, after watching her sister raise the Moon and set the heavens alight, Princess Celestia begins to bed down for the night, only to be interrupted by portal forming in her room. From out of the portal comes none other than Twilight Sparkle, garbed in strange armor.

Princess Celestia, along with Luna, Cadence, and Shining Armor, are overjoyed by the Element of Magic's return, but are justifiably curious as to where she had been and what she had been doing. And so, Twilight begins her tale. A tale of survival against impossible odds. A tale of a people fighting for the most basic right of all sentient beings. The right to exist.

Following the Doctor's disapperance from the wider universe, several of his former companions set out to track down the good doctor from whatever horrible situation of captivity he may be in. Their arrival in Equestria though hits an immediate roadbump in the form of Lyra Heartstrings, Human Hunter of Equestria. Thats not all though, as the Doctor reveals through complicated science that his former companions are in great danger of exploding, twice, unless they get to the TARDIS fast without Lyra finding them and all of Equestria going into a panic.

The daring explorer, Nathan Drake, thought his days of adventure with Victor Sullivan and his wife, Elena Fischer, were coming to a close. They had found the legendary Iram of the Pillars, and pretty much saved the world from a power-hungry mad-person once more. They were forced to abandon their new plane high above the desert, and thankfully, this time, it had parachutes. If only Nate's parachute worked. He wakes to find himself in a desert. Again. Go figure. But this isn't any desert of Earth. He's trapped in a land where the sun never sets, and the remnants of ponykind struggle to survive, their final hope for their former lives to be restored seemingly lost, years ago. But Nathan provides a spark, and maybe there's still hope to be found.

The sequel to An American Dude in Equestria

Years after returning to Earth, the human finds himself once again brought to the ponies' world. This time, however, his friends don't recognize him and their adventures are dictated and observed by Discord himself. Deception, pain, absurdity, and tension abound.

Princess Celestia tires of constantly being surrounded by decorum, deference, and formality, and decides to take a day off from being Princess. But visiting Ponyville incognito is harder than she expects. Will she be able to fit in and make friends without blowing her cover?

The Autobots have awoken from a deep hibernation, with wounds from a battle they don't remember. If that isn't worse enough, they're also in unfamiliar territory, a whole new world called Equestria. With almost all of their forces either dead or missing, the robots in disguise will have to earn the trust of this world's inhabitants (which is mainly made up of a bunch of talking ponies) in order to find out just what happened to them. Many will fall in this tale, but who? And how many? Generations clash when two of Hasbro's most well known toy franchises come together in a story that will leave both worlds in pieces! Instead of banishing Nightmare Moon, Celestia successfully separates Luna and the nightmare, and both then seal it in the moon, but the stain of both acts are too much for the Princesses and both perish, but not before giving the prophecy of their return. 1000 years later is a changed Equestria, a splintered government, no advanced school of magic, difficult weather patterns, and a looming threat from the Moon. Can the reborn Princesses be found in time? Is friendship still the best hope for a happy tomorrow? The more things change...
