Afer being hit by the Elements of Harmony, Sunset Shimmer finally understood just how evil she had been, and wishes for nothing more than to make up for it, and seek out forgiveness as Twilight told her.

The next morning she wakes up a week before she went through the portal to steal the crown, 10 days before the Fall Formal, and decides to try and right some wrongs she has committed among CHS before she leaves for Equestria.

What started out as what was thought to be a simple common cold, soon escalated onto a scale of which nopony would have suspected. It rooted itself into the brain, changing the pony from the inside out. Those infected could only hope to grip onto whats left of sanity. Those immune could only hope to survive the nightmare it has caused.

A mysterious New pony shows up late a night in ponyville. This mare turns out to be Lunar Dash, cousin of Rainbow Dash, and she brings news of her nearing demise. Throughout the following day Rainbow Dash seems to be avoiding her, but why?

Who else might she meet and befriend now that her rein continues and she is left with no one?
