Ok, so this idea seemed a little dangerous compared to others. But that never stopped her in the past. Life changes when we least expect it. Rainbow Dash wakes up at the hospital in surprisingly good physical condition, but that's not what's concerning anyone. This problem goes much deeper and will be incredibly more difficult for any of them to recover from.

Who was she to believe? She was barely a day old, and already she'd seen the disappearance of her mirror images, all but her. Was she just a clone? A disposable unfeeling analog?
What would happen if she became her own pony? If she became real?

Is it possible for one of the Pinkie's, the only copy left behind, to develop? To become an entirely different pony to the one that she was modelled after?

While having a small chat at the library Twilight asks Rainbow Dash if she would come with her to Canterlot in the morning to attend a presentation on Biology the unicorn was already planning on seeing. After some convincing from Twilight to follow her Rainbow Dash hops on the train and heads to Canterlot for a few hours of real education.
