Celestia is settling into being a princess. It’s a lot of work, but luckily Star Swirl is a big help, even if Luna isn’t.

Then she wakes up and over a thousand years have passed. Her sister was banished to the moon and came back, Star Swirl is long gone, and Celestia apparently has a small purple alicorn student.

What’s going on?

After what happened at the Fall Formal, Rarity comes to see that Sunset Shimmer's become little more than a recluse, a mere shell of her former self. It also doesn't help that no one in the school is even willing to give her a chance. Rarity sees this as inexcusable. So, honoring their promise to Twilight, she convinces the girls to try their hardest to get Sunset out of her shell by having the girl take part in their activities.

But will a simple shared interest be enough able to open up Sunset's rapidly closing heart?

Premise: To the ponies in Ponyville, Fluttershy has assumed a small and quiet role in life in tending the animal friends that she lives with. But, to every pony in the non-mainstream cultures that frequent darker and more mysterious points in Equestria, she is known as the Draconic Princess of the Night. Her voice is known as both one to rouse the blood in hundreds and calm even the most violent of beasts. Fluttershy however hasn’t told any of her friends, and gets a surprising group of ponies during one of her band’s late night shows. How does she react? Read on, and prepare for a face melting story.

Fluttershy has a secret. She has developed an obsession with heavy metal music. However, Fluttershy can't let her friends know that a nice, timid pony such as herself loves such aggressive music, no matter what the costs. It simply isn't lady-like.

It has been ten years since Luna was reformed, Equestria has since grown to be a thriving nation filled with artistic wonders. Yet, Luna’s age and experiences make it difficult to take intrest in such repetitive overdone activities. She has seen the latest in Modern Art, watched hundreds of movies and plays, and listened to enough mainstream music to drive one insane. She seeks some activity or hobby which would capture her passion, something new, something exciting, something powerful!

After searching, deep within herself and amongst Equestria, her choice was clear; metal.

So Luna dons her custom Ibanez electric guitar and embarks on an epic quest to be the greatest (and possibly only) metal musician in all of Equestria! With the help of four others, she will conquer the music scene through melodies never heard before, riffs that were never even thought of, and lyrics that would make Discord's eyes bug out!

This is a fun story I have been meaning to try, on the side. It will contain linked youtube videos for the music since lyrics are obviously restricted. You can find all the music here at my youtube channel. The videos will be added as Luna and her band plays them.
