This story is a sequel to My Little Heartbreak: Heartbroken

It's a week later, and Twilight is nagging Heartbreak into learning more about herself and what her special talents really are! Heartbreak shows herself to be the artistic type but with learning to be a pony and contending with ponies curious about the new mare in Ponyville, it's a rocky start that is leaving Heartbreak feeling more than drained of her ability to express herself. Let alone learn how to use a pencil with her mouth. Perhaps Zecora can help with a special brew she calls "Creativi-Tea"? Or will this just going to lead to a lot of Insani-tea?

Awoken in the unknown world, in a strange body and with shattered memory, a young man is going to find out that magic is something more than spells and that the hardest of battles are fought within one's soul. While trying to return home he will face the pain of the hardest decision in his life, for there are dilemmas where none of the choices is a good one.

The good Doctor Horrible, now full villain of the Evil League of Evil, has begun to look back on his quest to get to where he is. Rewatching his old blogs, he remembers the liquid gold that he managed to pull from the bank with his transmatter ray. It may not be about making money, but not many people will believe you took gold bars when your proof is the same consistency as water. So in an attempt to fix the problem, he plans to rework the old transmatter ray and make the liquid go back into a more solidified state.

That's... when things don't go so well. When the smoke clears and the Doctor sees what has happened, he's in a different basement, in a different world, in a different body. Now, the aptly named Doctor Adorable, AKA Fluttershy, needs to learn how to either return back to Earth, or live out this new life that has actual friends that care about him... her... it's confusing.
