Princess Celestia's birthday party is going to be celebrated in Ponyville this year, and everypony is hard at work with preparations. Soon, a strange visitor arrives, claiming to know Celestia herself, and decides to stay for the party to pay a visit to her old friend while she is outside of Canterlot. But something seems off about her... Could she have an alternative motive in mind?

From a young age, Ditzy Doo knew she wasn't like most ponies. Jinxed and uncoordinated, she was shunned from all social circles as she grew up. When a friend finally comes her way, Ponyville's residential mailmare will surprise everyone—including herself—when she demonstrates how far she's willing to go to keep that friendship.

A pegasus pony wakes up in a tree with no recollection of who he is or where he came from. Magic is supposed to be controlled, released when the caster wants it to be and in the form dictated by the spell. To Twilight's glee, she succeeds in creating a spell to see a short distance into the future after many hours of research. The test doesn't exactly go as planned, but it works just in time to save a stallion's life. As she tries to reach out to a pony who she finds has nearly given up on life, she finds to her surprise, wonder, and concern that not all facets of magic are explainable, nor the workings of the heart - especially one that has been broken.

First story in my series. Currently undergoing a massive edit, as there were a lot of errors. Chapters 1-16 completed on the edit thus far. The endings are slightly un-canon, and that will be fixed by the edit, but until I get that up, take comfort in the fact that the shift has no bearing on the rest in the series, which currently follows the alternate path. Chapters 21-24 will likely be edited the most, as they were, admittedly, kind of rushed.

A unicorn has awoken in the Everfree Forest with no recollection of how he got there, but with him a new evil has also arisen. Can the elements of harmony rise again and stand against this new threat? And can the unicorn find his lost memories and put a stop to the evil once and for all?

While Nightmare Moon is gone along with the threat of Eternal Night, the essence of the Nightmare still exists after the Elements of Harmony banished it from Princess Luna.

Having had a year to plan, it has now turned its sights toward what it sees as the weakest of the Elements' bearers.

So, when a young life is extinguished before its time, it becomes especially difficult to handle. When the spirit of that life is forced to face and accept her death, what will become of her afterlife? Scootaloo will soon be faced with this tragedy, and this is her story.
