Dinky and Sparkler have the most awesome godmom in Equestria--that's right, me! Rainbow Dash. Being friends with their mom means I've spent a lot of time with them over the past few years. They're pretty cool kids.

But then ... well, Ditzy got sick. Like, really sick. I've been watching them for her, but if she doesn't get better soon, they may be staying with me for a lot longer than I thought.

That's okay, though: I'm Rainbow Dash. I can handle anything life throws at me.

When something is lost how do you cope with the pain. Will Rarity be able to; when through her own actions loses the most important thing in her life (Sweetie belle). What horrors will she suffer and in the end what will she be willing to give up to set things right.

Scootaloo has always looked up to Rainbow Dash as her friend, her inspiration; Even her big sister.
But as tragedy comes to prove, everyone must eventually say goodbye to their idols at one time or another... sometimes unexpectedly... and carry on their loved one's legacy.

In this tragic tale, Scootaloo will realize that life is a precious gift that can be taken away in the blink of an eye... or in the flap of a wing.

Meet Diamond Tiara. She’s a stuck up earth pony who’s been given whatever she’s wanted whenever she’s wanted it. Her life has everything: riches, luxury, ease, and most of all, her best friend Silver Spoon. With the school year over it seems like Diamond Tiara is set for the best summer ever! Of course, that is, until her big sister comes for a nice, long visit to Ponyville…

Every week or so, Rarity gathers all of her friends for a little get-together at her boutique. Or at a cafe. Or in Sugarcube Corner. Anywhere that serves tea or tea can be brought in.

And every time, as soon as their conversation steers towards that most intimate of topics, Rainbow Dash falls silent.

Tragedy can change a pony's life for better or worse. But sometimes, deep feelings of loss, anger, and unfulfillment can build up to the point of being unbearable, even when things are finally starting to look up.

Sweetie Belle has been living with Rarity since their parents went off to see the world, but some years have passed, and it may be time for a change.
