After a rather painful wake up, Jackson Hail finds himself in a rather scaly skin. Just what is he? How did this happen? Where is he? What's with the quivering yellow horse thingy? You already know this answers, but let's come along with Jack as he finds out.

(Your standard Human in Equestria story, with some not so standard elements I hope. I came up with the idea after I saw that almost nobody thought of this. Please note that this is my first fan fiction, so, you know, the usual dribble. Also note that I have no idea as to what categories this falls into quite yet, so I'll be modifying as I go along. Critique is encouraged. And thanks for your time!)

A young colt finds himself awake, and completely alone in a wasteland. He wanders aimlessly, scavenging the plentiful resources around him, but his conscious is beginning to break as he sees hundred of dead ponies. Everywhere he goes a single question presents itself. "Where exactly did Everypony go?"

A teenage human with nothing interesting in his life other than to be a brony finds that he is going to have to take up the life of a Pegasus thought to be deceased. He's met with many challenges , but one stands out to everypony.
Is he awesome enough to be Rainbow Dash? Or will the loyalty that got him chosen fail to be enough.....

If you were given the chance to trade bodies with a pony, Would you take it? Even if that pony was Blueblood? I did. All for the love of a certain lavender unicorn mare.

Derry Wilhall; a man having received a large inheritance from his grandfather, decides to live like he's always dreamed: alone and separated from society. A little excursion through the woods for some sight seeing throws him into the throngs of another world. "He" ends up in a body that is not his and will see things from another perspective.

When scout has a meaningful chat with sniper, he announces that he wants a change, when he goes to sleep that night, scout wakes up no longer in the world he knew.
How will he adapt to the changes around him? and the inhabitants that greet him?
