Granny Smith is making sure her grandfoals are okay through these troubled times. She’s keeping everything in apple-pie order for them.

She’s perfectly fine. She’s doing it for them.

It all began with a single, sudden kiss. One kiss, and one question. Sweetie Belle found herself wondering... If Applejack and Rarity had found love together, was the same thing possible for her and Apple Bloom?

Scootaloo thought it was a stupid idea, and wasn't shy about saying so, but Apple Bloom reluctantly agreed to see where it led.

And suddenly, things weren't so simple any more.

Now, just as they're figuring out their new feelings, they find themselves with another problem. And between their shocked older sisters and an angry Scootaloo, they may find their love taken from them before it's even begun.

And speaking of Scootaloo, what's her problem anyway?

Inspired by a picture by the ever-talented WhiteDiamonds (who has been kind enough to let me use that picture as cover art) and my difficulty finding anything that has both Rarijack and Sweetiebloom in the same story.

A lot of time has passed since the Battle of the bands. The Rainbooms have reached out to the Dazzlings to be their friends. Through hardships after hardships the Dazzlings finally gave in and became their friends. With the rivalry died down new bondings could grow in its place, and oh it does.

Sunset Shimmer has made peace with her inevitable graduation and the fact that it may take her and her friends in different directions. She has college to look forward to and a bright future ahead of her.

However, during her last Spring Break before graduation, Sunset gets some shocking news from Equestria! Princess Celestia and Princess Luna have retired, and Twilight Sparkle is the new supreme ruler!

After some pleading, Sunset convinces Twilight to let her come back to Equestria and visit the retired princesses. Despite having already made amends with her former mentor, Sunset still hopes to set the record straight and close the book on her troubled past. And maybe, just maybe, the royal sisters will have some advice to give her.

It's a known fact that if you are out sick and cannot do your job, you should stay home. Unfortunatly, when you are a high school principal this is a luxury you cannot have unless you have a substitute. Sadly, your sister's out sick as well. So who do you get instead? One Carapace Chrysalis. Hey, it was either her or Discord. Oh dear. Later, Celestia would realize the only thing her substitute would accomplish for the week was singlehandly uniting the student body against her in the total of one week. That's got to be a record... right?

Inspired by "Order of the Phoenix" and certain moments in it so credit to J.K Rowling for the original idea. Genius, that woman. Now expanded on the suggestion of KrspaceT!

Buckball was a low-key thing. Something the Apples played around with at family gatherings; where fancy horn 'n feather in-laws could get involved with their Earth type kin.

Then, cuzin Braeburn had ta open his big mouth ta Applejack. That wouldn't have meant nothin', usually...'cept Braeburn wuz bringin' in ringers...

Might've worked, too...'cept Applejack knew some ponies herself...

Then they held that little contest, which kinda broke along the town lines there in Appleoosa...cuz Ponyville showed up ta root 'their team' on...and with everypony watchin'...

Ponies jest don't go in for half-measures...do they...??

When Twilight left, Sunset forgot to ask how Princess Celestia was doing. Seeing as she will not get an answer, the former student to the Solar Goddess attempts to move on and live life as a student to Princess Twilight.

One night, while Sunset drifts further into her dreams, she is visited by none other than the guardian of dreams: Princess Luna of Everfree. This will only end one way, and that way is completely opposite of what Sunset had been expecting. Takes place directly after Rainbow Rocks.

When Sunset Shimmer decides to visit Equestria with her girlfriend – the human world’s Twilight Sparkle – she expects there to be some confusion. She doesn't expect to come home with a royal title.

Meanwhile, Equestria's Twilight Sparkle worries she's not evil enough.

A month or so after the Battle of the Bands, Principal Celestia calls Sunset Shimmer and friends to her office, for a long-overdue discussion.
