A journal was found. Old and weathered with years untold. The first entry was dated yesterday:

My name is Twilight Sparkle, and for the last 33 days I've been stuck in a time-loop, repeating the 23^rd of March, 2 A.R. It is still unknown how the loop started, nor how I can end it. All I can say with any amount of certainty is that time for the rest of the world resets every night, and every morning I wake up it is the morning of the 23^rd.

I've been working on a completely separate My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic story for the past year, and as of this blurb I'm about eighty thousand words into it, but it's not ready for publishing. Early on in the writing of that story (March 2011), I decided to write a quicker spinoff story of The Conversion Bureau, which I saw on the Equestria Daily blog. The initial story seemed to get mixed reactions, but regardless of how people felt about the story itself, folks were having fun writing spinoffs. I thought it'd be fun too, so here's what I came up with.

Contains a smattering of bad language and gun-related violence.

"Dear Princess Celestia, what do you think it would be like to kill somepony...?"

Twilight Sparkle accidentally discovers that her Friendship Castle can allow her to magically connect to a vast interactive library in another dimension. At first blush, it appears to be full of open journals, So she jumps in, starts her own journal and fills in the gaps as to what it's like to live in Equestria. There's food, fun, friends, festivals, facts, footnotes, finds and information.

What could Twilight have to say
If she journaled every day
Would she bemoan the ponies she dissed?
Or would she just jot down her laundry list?
You'd find out, you would be in the know
if to Twilight's Blog you would go.

As Maud is doing resurch on rocks, she had heard about pinkie pie being missing after she moved to yakyakistan. It is up to her sister Maud pie to solve the mystery, but in an unknown city full of nameless horrors that awaits her.

Not long after her release back into the general population of Ponyville, Screw Loose vanishes without a trace. During a search of her home one week after she was last seen, a video recording of her apparent final hours is found. A video explaining that she was being hunted by creatures which evaded sight. A video intended as a warning.
