Twilight commissions a dress from Rarity. But it's Rarity and Twilight: there is no such thing as just buying a dress.

Twilight plans to propose to Rarity! When Rarity asks her on a date, Twilight finds herself with the perfect opportunity to pop the question. Little does she know, Rarity has a surprise for her that might ruin her plan!
