The second story I wrote concerning Starswirl the Bearded. It was featured on Equestria Daily alongside its sister story, and I figured it needed revisiting as well. Edited and restructured, back and better than ever, Starswirl and the Lunar Princess!

This is one of my earliest works, which some of you may have seen on Equestria Daily a few months back. After careful consideration, I decided to revisit the story, as I always believed it had not yet reached its full potential. Never before seen on FIMFiction, Starswirl and the Magus Magnus!

A man is transported to Equestria through some unknown means. Instead of becoming the life of the party in an instant, he is forced to survive using less than conventional means, hiding from the denizens of Ponyville in fear of how they would react to a human being. But such an existence cannot last forever.

As well, he must contend with the reality of an incomplete cartoon world. Things are not as easy to adjust to as they seem.

Strange and dangerous happenings take place in and around Ponyville, starting with a fire in the Everfree Forest, and the return of an old enemy. But the usual team of problem solvers, the Mane 6, are no where to be found; they are on vacation, as per the orders of Celestia herself. In order to combat a new threat, a new team, headed by Princess Luna, must be found. But can there really be an Alternative Six?
