You are not consistent with your past and present tense. It made it very difficult to read this piece. Is this story being told in the past tense or the present tense? Proofreading can take you a long way, dude.
I also believe this shouldn't be getting as much hate as it is getting. To all of the haters out there: This is just fanfiction. It is your choice to read it or not. The Title of the story blatantly states what this story is going to be about. Please stop complaining and just ignore it if it doesn't suit your tastes.
