And Chryssie kicks back and closes her eyes, taking a deep breath as she begins to rest. Nightmare Moon also joins the buggo in a little nap herself. While the two reformed villainesses take a snooze, a beach volley ball game is taking place behind them. Team one is Luna and Cadence while Team two is Lord Ember and Fleur De Lis and the volley ball game is about to begin.
"Serves up!" Cadence calls out as she launches the ball up in the air. It makes it over to the other side, which Fleur runs to bump the beach ball back over to the other side.
Luna goes in, planning to spike it and does so, but Ember slides in and launches the ball back up into the air and Fleur goes for a spike. "Ooh, how wonderful! Excellent work with the save, Ember," Fleur praises, helping the dragoness up to her feet.
"No problem, it was nothing," Ember flexes.
"Oh, boo. And it was such a good spike, too," Luna pouts, puffing her cheeks.
"It's okay, we'll get them next round," Cadence says.
And round 2 starts and the girls start their game. Fleur serves it up and over the fence, only this time, Luna rushes in and spikes it right from the start, scoring a point for her and Cadence. "HUZZAH!!! The game is all tied up, thanks to the power of the moon!" Luna proclaims.
"Okay, aunt Luna. Shall we keep going?" Cadence asks.
"Yes, lets. Prepare yourself, opposers! The moon has only just begun to truly shine!" Luna proclaims in her royal Canterlot voice, startling everyone around her.
"Okay, minus an eardrum," Ember says.
"Goodness. Somepony's feeling a little more lively than usual," Fleur comments.
Indeed, Luna has always been a little competitive. But can you blame her?
Anyways, the day carries on with everyone having a blast. And sure enough, 4 to 5 hours later, it is now afternoon and everyone is gathering around the beach for a nice bite to eat. Luckily, the ladies brought plenty of food to munch on, mostly ice creams and cakes and veggies, but Ember was the only one to bring in some meat to the party, which you were more than happy to eat. Of course, in the beginning, the ponies had to adjust to the fact that you were an omnivore since ponies are considered herbivores.
But over time, they learned to accept it since it's in your nature. Ember was pleased to know from the start that you love to eat meat. Even though she likes to eat gems, she still needs the protein to keep herself in physical, tip-top shape as the ruler of the dragons.
The meat she brought was all raw, but she made sure to season the meat before cooking them with her fire breath and then shared a portion of it with you. You still ate some veggies with the meat since even you prefer to eat a balanced diet. However, you made sure to stay away from stuff like hay. And when desert came around... boy... was it ever tasty. Cake, ice cream and a milkshakes. Yeah, that'll fill you right up. So much so, that you're gonna have to wait a whole hour before getting back in the water.
After the meal, you decide to chill on your chair while some of the girls join you or decide to go swimming, bringing along the beach ball for a game of catch.
Joining you for some R&R are Twilight, Celestia and Fleur. Twilight, like the usual egghead she is, brought along some books to keep her occupied. Fleur brought with her some magazines to read and some tasty fruit punch to quench her thirst. Celestia, on the other hand... has nothing to keep her occupied, so she just lays there in her chair, soaking up the rays of the warm sun.
"Are we enjoying ourselves?" Fleur asks you.
"Very much, yeah. And that buffet was out of this world. I don't think I can eat anotner bite... at least until another 5 to 6 hours have passed," you reply.
"Glad you liked it. I'm surprised you actually ate a whole bowl of that huge ice cream sundae and drank that entire tall glass of milkshake," Twilight says.
"When food tastes that good, I pack it away like Pinkie packs away the sweets. Speaking of which, I remember you said she was a party-thrower extraordinair. How come she and the rest of your friends weren't able to make it here to the beach?" you ask.
"They had other plans they couldn't cancel," Twilight explains.
Apparently, while you're celebrating your birthday, Pinkie is visiting her parents to introduce her son, Lil' Cheese and her husband, Cheese Sandwich to the family. Rarity and Spike are currently on a romantic vacation over at Neighagra Falls, Fluttershy is looking after some sickly animals with some help from Discord, Rainbow Dash has some new recruits to train for the next upcoming Wonderbolts show and Applejack went to Appleloosa with her siblings and nephew, Big Sugar to visit cousin Braeburn.
There's also Starlight Glimmer, Sunburst and Trixie Lulamoon. Unfortunately, neither of them could come over to celebrate as it is a school day and they have a School of Friendship to run.
So with the majority of everyone busy doing stuff, it's just you and some noble company to keep you occupied, but hey, you're not complaining one bit. You keep on relaxing and resting for the rest of the hour until you decide to get up and head back in the water for a good swim. The other girls, Luna, Nightmare, Cadence, Chryssie, Sunset and Ember have since then stopped playing catch and decide to splash around, swimming and cooling off in the nice, refreshing salt water.
While the ladies soak it up, you sneak up behind one of them and pounce on them, wrapping your arms around them, specifically, Nightmare Moon. "SURPRISE!!! I gotcha," you exclaim, hugging and snuggling the dark temptress of the night.
"You certainly have some bold guts to catch me off-guard like that. Had I not changed, you would be trapped on the moon for a thousand years. However... I think you should understand that... my royal stomach isn't the only part of my body up to grab, birthday boy. Try aiming... higher," the dark diva then grabs one of your hands and guides it up to her soft, round, wet, jiggly bosom.
