Okay so first, Amazing Premise! I am loving it!
Now a few tips, first is that Spell Check is your friend! I noticed quite a few typos that spell check should have caught.
Second, Wall of Text. The best way to avoid this is to space out your writing into paragraphs, each paragraph being a certain amount of sentences long (for me I do three to six sentences per)
Other than that and maybe some pacing issues, I will definitely be keeping an eye on this!

You can use wood in top and bottom of a furnace to make charcoal which can be sued instead of coal? Lets you get going when you cant find the rock based stuff?
You didn't get any bacon that's sad if you don't get that from a pig. If you're going to take the underground cave system I would use the map of Moria from Lord of the Rings and build it to that exact size and the wolves not bad looking

i feel the laughing and smiling is od at times. as there is more way to formulate your words out. like chuckles, grins, smirks, nods,
to exspand the exsperience more then making your steve look like a psykopath lauging at nearly anything. an robotik in beheavior.
but the world building is intresting so far, but there is still detail aspekt for timing for some things to make it work out more.
oh and before you post might be a good ide to go thouth the text onece again for errors fixing or have someone help with the editing

Something about a water tower mob grinder the lads built years ago? The flowing water in the top pushes the spawning mobs to the centre, which is a tower tall enough to break the mob on hitting the floor? You can build it as different cave levels completely underground or even in the center of a castle tower, keep?
The dogs are going to have to learn that not all Pony’s are bad, otherwise their numbers will dwindle without the help.
So dear Author, when is this set? I saw mention of Discorda defeat but that has happened three times.
Also do you plan to have him seek out more ponies?

I can't wait till Steve gets Looting & Fortune III. Don't forget the iron golems & the snow golems. Iron for close combat, and snow for ranged combat. Can't wait for the next chapter.

Pity for the brewing stand you cant use a very small dragon whose flame depends on what you feed it and how its treated. Tickle it for a short while to get hottest happy flame, too long and it starts crying?
you like to reapeat the same sentenses when its not really needed or where areas could be worded difrently to make the hole exsperience a bit more engaging for the readers. i find the story intresting but it get a little frustirating reading the same words with out much valadastion forsteves smiles constantly like a sphycopath.
i would advice to maybe read the paragraft after you finish the part to see if the wording acsualy make sense. but practising make prefection
I do wonder why he didnt bother crafting a shield. Also, on that note, which edition is this based on? Java and bedrock have different redstone rules, java has banners for shields that boost its defense, mobs have different stats including health and damage between the two, and I dont recall what its called but the mobile version I believe, the totems work if they're on your hotbar whilst java and bedrock you have to have it equipped in your offhand.
