Jojoleopard

I now aspire to write something fantastical. Or should I say... bizarre.

T

Rarity had gone missing years ago and Detective Sweetie Belle believed that she would find her sister again one day, and this day finally looked promising as she finds a clue from a suspicious stranger that would lead her down the maintenance halls of one of Manehattan's subway stations.

With a clue finally in her hands after years of nothing to show for her work, there was no chance she was going to let it slide by. But things might not be as Sweetie Belle had anticipated and she was about to find out her sister's darkest secret, and darker secrets still.

This is interesting, sounds like the pins are related to the 'cult', and Sweetie seems to have gotten herself into some Call of Cthulhu style shenanigans.

I wonder as to the identities of the mysterious Night Veil and whatever eldritch entity is orchestrating these events. I await more.

Thanks for checking it out! This one won't be a long story, but I figured it would be easier to break it up into a a few chapters.

Curious on what will happen next?

"Spi'Ke"
Ok lol.
That was fun to see.

I think this is the first time I read any fics based off of Lovecraft's stuff too.
Interesting.
Cool how the other Crusaders are there to help.

Whats going to happen next?

First of all: I knew Rarity was the Speaker when described (of course she'd wear the most fashionable cult robes).

Second: Spi'Ke made me laugh when I saw it, interesting idea for the lovecraftian.

Third: Night Veil sounds like he's based off our friend who was worried for the safety of our favourite purple dog, albeit much more extreme in the way of worshiping their eldritch counterpart.

I can see the idea of Sweetie and the other Crusaders (maybe even Rarity as a ‘reformed insider’ type character) becoming/founding a sort of Eldritch-Shutdown-Society where they are always going around and stopping incursions of Eq’Strieh into the universe, with a sort of Men-in-Black/SCP Foundation feel to it with the secrecy and all that.

Or the story can just end here and I’d be fine with that, with the Future being forever indeterminate until someone else thinks “hey, that’s a cool idea” and decide to write it.

Since Spike, Twilight and Rainbow Dash are Old Gods here, wonder which of the remaining Mane cast is humans and which are Old Gods?
