Quick note: This story takes place in an alternate reality where Sunset never left Equestria for power, instead, she left it because she felt everypony was turning against her. She also does this at a later point in time from the original Equestria Girls movie, and she is a little older than she was in said movie.

After running away from Equestria, Sunset Shimmer, or as her friends had once called her, Sushi, thought she would live out the rest of her life alone with nothing more than homework to bother her from day to day. All that changed when she soon realized bizarre things were happening around her, along with a mysterious stranger named Jostle Joyride, who then brings her into the world of Stands, magical entities of one's fighting spirit, and a plot of world domination from an unknown enemy.
Together with Jojo and a new group of friends, Sunset must stop this new enemy, or risk losing the world she had come to take refuge in. This is the tale of Sushi's Bizarre Adventure.

Stand name: Devil Trigger
Ability: can create shadow clones of living things; including animals, people, and their stands if they have them. The moral compass of these clones will always be reversed from the original causing clones of evil to be good and vice versa.
Stand master: Sunset Shimmer
Stand name: Pegasus Fantasy
Abilities: Pegasus Fantasy can reset the target to a state they were in beforehand, most often the state before the battle they were just in. (citation needed on range of time to reset to)
Stand master: Jostle Joyride
Stand name: White Buffalo
Abilities: capable of moving at speeds comparable to a normal motorcycle and can take up to 2 (citation needed) passengers including the stand master. Capable of extending horned skull decoration for attacks, and can manipulate the horns on said skull.
Pegasus Fantasy is too op. As quick as its power works Sushi could reset herself or others mid fight, making all enemies that can't instakill them pointless. It either need a huge drawback or a reworking.

Maybe give it a cool down whenever it is used, and possibly an amount of time where it is limited to, so it can’t reset to a state from more than say 10 minutes ago (or whenever you think is best)
Edit: inability to chain resets would also be a good drawback.

Yeah I'm thinking along the lines of Sunset needing to concentrate, kinda like in a video game. If you get attacked while interacting with an objective, you get kicked out of it. And yup, not being able to constantly do it is another good one. As for the length of time before, I don't think I can do that one, because all the enemies so far have been mind controlled for definitely more than 10 minutes, probably even days. That'll be a few things I'll edit in what I have currently.

Ah, so you'll have the state reset used to remove mind control when they can't or so they won't need to have a knock on the head. That's a good idea. Maybe not giving the chance to reset someone's state to like some time multiple years ago for de-aging would probably still be a good idea though. A limit on that would also make a cool story line because without a limit on how far back the reset can go then if she learns to control it well enough she can reset the (potentially) DIO analogue of the story to a time they either had no stand, had no other powers, or were just a tiny child (as long as they did it as a surprise and hiding so they can't be kicked out of concentration.)

Honestly, what nerf? All you did was give her another power. So far it sounds like she could still reset things without penalty itself like with her nose, only the armor time is effected. So she could simply outlast everyone by reseting herself without the armor after every hit until the enemy would grow tired over time or flee.
Running on Ice's power could defeat every enemy from a distance instantly as there will always be some water on them, be it in the air, sweat, the eyes water film or in their breath, and not many could instaheal themself like Sushi. Again op.
An Idea for a proper penalty would be that she can reset people physically, but for the price of mental exhaustion.
1st use is free.
2nd is like 12 hours without sleep: She feels tired.
3rd-7th use is like one stage of sleep deprivation each. The more she uses them the more days of sleep she would need to recover fully.
The same price should every 10 seconds of her Armor of Invulnerability have.
For Rainbow you could make that if she uses her powers direct on a person her body would heat up accordingly. Making her risk to suffer from increasingly severe fever symptoms.

Shhhhhhhhhhhoot. Ok, it’s my bad, this chapter was just a minor explanation on how she can’t always use her reset ability. I forgot I’m typing ahead and I suppose I delved more into it then. But it probably still isn’t as nerfed as you want, I suppose. As for your suggestions, they’re good, but I don’t see them being relevant in a story in the long run, because it’ll probably just be time skipped or transition to someone else’s point of view while they recuperate. But I’ll keep thinking as I work to see what I can do about this. Thank you a bunch!

I really hope Spike doesn't get excluded hard pretty much..
In fact would he be human or a dog in this? Honestly him being a dog screwed him over quite alot but since Jojo is quite infamous for what happened to the dogs that appeared in it, Spike might want to find a way to be human as quickly as he can or else things will go very badly for him.

While it's good that you want things to be balanced, not all Stands in Jojo's are balanced. Compare Stands like Star Platinum, Green Day, and The World to Stands like Lovers and Hermit Purple. There's a huge power gap between many Stands, and as long as the story doesn't get too repetitive or predictable (Jotaro solving most of his problems in Stardust Crusaders by punching it really hard with Star Platinum), then I think what the author here is doing can have some leeway.

Ability: Florence is capable of manipulating any and all electronics
Stand Master: Rainbow Dash
Stand Name: Running on Ice
Ability: Running on Ice is able to create and manipulate ice, while being made out of the moisture in the air.

There are power gaps, sure, but never in favor to the heros. A simple rule for good writing is villains are lucky and heros struggle. That's why most isekai are boring, 'the strongest ...' selden struggles.
Also most time in episodes of Jojo are actually spent figuring out the power of the stands and how to defeat them. Ebony Devil, destroy the mirror to see him. The Hanged Man, figure out how he moves. Dark Blue Moon, fake exhaustion to suprice attack him.
Further more are all protagonist stands rather simple, Star Platinum punches really fast and hard, or not combat oriented, Hermit Purple.
So far Pegasus Fantasy heals without conditions and Running on Ice freezes everything around without condition. Great stands for villains of the week, but not for heros.
You know the thing about this? I could *actually* see this working well. Despite a short intro, and the combination of two works, I could *definitely* see this occuring. One, because nearly anything can happen with MLP, and anything can and *will* happen with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
And JoJo wastes no time getting into the thick of it, like you've done here. So long as you remain consistent, go wild! I'll be happy to read.
Good and like if you guys can put some images of the characters and there stand see full detail and under stand what the look like and this might help try DevinatArt so we can see your art work. Haha, stay tuned. As for Spike as a dog, I don't think it's really an issue in the movies, because the plot doesn't quite require another human in there where Spike is. Especially the third one.

It is a issue though.
For Spike's character. Not only it demeans his character by it basically saying he's a pet to Twilight instead of a equal being, but it also badly restricted his potential and involvement. Big time
They really did not think this through when they thought it was funny to reduce him to a lowly pet dog since it screw him over badly in the long-run. He was handled so poorly in EQG due to it, even worse than how Spike was handled in FIM(at least he is capable of carrying out that potential in FIM, sadly in EQG that is robbed from him due to being reduced to a dog)
Not finished reading yet, but I have to point out:
Sushi (the food) doesn’t have to be raw fish. Sushi is mostly to do with the rice used, and that it is combined with other ingredients and while for many types of sushi this includes raw fish, there are types which use cooked fish (don’t ask specifics I have very basic knowledge here). Sashimi on the other hand is raw fish (might also be different meats but you’ll have to find that out yourself or just correct me with your own knowledge.
I will now finish reading and be back with new stand info comment when done.

Stand name: Drowning Pool
Ability: Drowning Pool generates a gas which upon inhalation causes feelings of panic and claustrophobia. It is also capable of direct injection of the same substance in a much more concentrated form though using the sharpened spine as a stinger which make the effects much more potent.

Hahaha thanks for pointing this out. I hadn't realized they didn't eat even one piece of sushi in there, but yes, they didn't eat even one piece of sushi. I suppose I do do that too at sushi places. I'm more of a sashimi guy myself and yes, there are other kinds of sushi and sashimi that not raw fish, I guess I kinda just stereotyped sushi into one thing

wish I found this story sooner to add my suggestion to sunsets reset power. Which would be to make it a rewind power sorta kinda like Moody Blues but usable on others and rewinds them but needs to concentrate on rewinding and the person being rewound or sunset gets attacked or hit some kind of rebound hits both or something along that line. Either way will probably start reading this soon.

Nice chapter! No stand bio this chapter as not enough info on Lyra’s newly introduced stand to give one, and we haven’t actually seen much of Applejack’s Highwayman (only a description, not the ability).
It does make sense that Lyra and Sweetie Drops would work one after the other, and I’m excited to see what other abilities these black balls like the ones from the secret base in the incredibles have.

You can say as you will, everything's ok. As for the content, I still think Spike as a dog would be less distracting. Being a movie instead of the series, it doesn't exactly have as much time to develop a character and I don't think adding another human into the mix would help the movie in any way. For example, a dog would have to follow a different set of rules. Making Spike human would mean he'll have to be in classes and all that, if you get where I'm going.

Him being a dog took away many things such as him being able to interact with other characters(since "no pets allowed" and people flipping out about a talking dog). Made him get excluded HARD from what the girl get to do.
And also about the classes thing, he has to stay in a backpack which is with Twilight, meaning he goes to class regardless but stuck in a backpack most of the time. He is restricted HARD.
Him being human would add more than him being a dog. He can still be Twilight's morale support(which all he did in the first movie) but can do SO MUCH MORE if he was human. Hell, him being a dog apparently allowed him to get nabbed by SNIPS AND SNAILS of all characters.
Yes he bailed the girls out in Rainbow Rock due to the siren not noticing him but that can still work if he was human where they just act arrogant and ended up ignoring Spike(or he just happens to be in the right place in the right time to avoid the trap Trixie pulled).
All Spike did get to do in EQG can easily be done if he was human. So him being a dog took so much away from him and his character.
If you think him being human wouldn't add much in the movie, at least its better for his character to be human than a dog.
He is a sapient/sentient being, its demeaning to him to be reduced to a lowly pet like that. And it paints a bad picture that he's a pet to Twilight than a equal being.
If reducing him to a dog is meant to get him out of the way to be less "distracting", then that's awful handling of Spike's character. Like it done his character so much dirty in the long-run in EQG.

Ha, yes he might’ve been reduced and restricted, but from a narrative and animation point of view, it just wouldn’t cut it to have a second human going through every scene with Twilight doing exactly as she does. It’s just a hassle to produce, because it doesn’t have much to do with the plot, whereas all you would have to do is animate and follow Twilight in the limited time they have for the movie, you see.
