Purple unicorn syndrome aside, this is off to a very promising start. Looking forward to seeing where it goes. Starlight falling in love with one of her victims is an interesting twist on a well trod concept.
For a moment I thought she'd brainwashed Twilight to think she was the maid at the start.
Fun I take it she will pass as the maid and start to infiltrate the staff and subjugating the before getting up the food chain.
Fun start! Wish it were a little more mind control-ey, but that's just me. I think you're really onto something here though, looking forward to more!

Well this is certainly an interesting take on the mind-control bit. No pretense, no subtlety, just straight up 'I am stronger than you'. Curious to see how this plays out.

I really find it curious that most of them didn't consider teleport away the first choice of action when facing a strong attacking force. A truly seasoned warrior should be able to do this reflexively.
