When I read the description, I thought I was finding a story I could tear into...
I am happy to report, that it is not. This is well done, however, not exactly something I'd be interested in. I do still wish you good luck with this story, because I can see the effort behind it and I find it very commendable.

I Originally wrote this as a one-shot, an idea I had as a 'catch-all' solution for all the war and grimdark stories I see around here. Instead of armies and overwhelming firepower as I normally daydream about, I had the idea of something so teeth-achingly cute that any bad guy would give up without a fight.
I might make more chapters, hence the 'Incomplete' tag.
Odin cursed little filly with the cute and the popcorn and the advice and...fine. Tracking for great justice.

Or Herald suffered something very bad in her past and The Teacher takes her and help when she ask Her to get rid about terrible memories? Or Herald is villain, that feel repentance and ask The Teacher for new life to do good things to compensate all bad things she did in past, and The Teacher granted her wish? Or... I have very good imagination and can make many theories, so tell me, please, what Herald is? Or write it in the next chapter, please

Welcome back. Sorry I couldn't come up with anything but I knew if I saved this something would happen. I hope the Pinkie Pie party from chap 1 is next. I like the idea of a little filly whom, it appears, could confuse Discord.
I immediately don't like this kid. I don't know why, but my gut reaction is to hate her, her teacher, and everything they stand for.

And by proclaiming the Teacher to be a God, you flushed this story right down the Mary Sue drain. It's a clumsy and hamfisted way to deal with the Gary Stu issue and turns a clever concept into "my imaginary penis is bigger than yours."
I liked this story, but your misuse of 'thee', 'thou', 'thy', and 'thine' kind of put me off. When the Teacher was called a god, this whole thing went into the Mary Suedom.
Yay, new chapter of Herald! Aaand, Herald have a daddy! "Saint Peter, don't you call me, 'cause I can't go, I owe my soul to the company store!". But where's Pinkie Welcoming Party for Herald and her daddy? If there's hanging a gun, it must shoot! But you said "until Teacher sent them back to work", so there was no party... It's a broken plot, you know?
