She already has. She released the virus and all the test subjects she created with it to turn her mansion into a death trap so Umbrella couldn’t get the data on it. The downside was that she couldn’t control its spread on a nearby populace, so she caused the deaths of countess innocents in the process. All we can do now is hope that she’ll come to her senses and destroy the data by the time Sunset finds her.
But, yeah. Sci-Twi’s the crazed scientist bad guy here so far.

I know it was from a different Virus by both the T-Virus and G-Virus. BUT, where is their Cure/Anti-Virus Serum??!!

To clarify, know that the T-Virus was the thing that caused those incidents (not her problem to create a cure for because Umbrella created it before she even entered). All G-Virus samples she had went into creating the Z (The G-Virus already has a cure). She tries to keep the Z-Virus away from Umbrella, thus Z B.O.W.s are only deep inside the mansion. She can control Las Plagas infected creatures due to her having a queen plaga in her brain. Lastly the Veronica strains were in the hands of Wallflower when Twilight caused the outbreak, so that was Wallflower's fault.

I do agree that Umbrella, and Twilight still have the T to G-Viruses. With Twilight making a OC Virus called the 'Z-Virus'. But having the other B.O.W Viruses from the Future Games, like Las Plagas from Resident Evil 4, or Veronica this early? Doesn't make sense and confusing?!
And what is the Timeline exactly in this Resident Evil Crossover?

Twilight gets her hands on the Veronica virus when she stumbles upon information about Alexander and Alexia Ashford. She tells Wesker about her discovery, he manages to find the island and retrieve a sample before the events of Code: Veronica.

It's crazy that the Resident Evil Series itself has so many Different Viruses and B.O.W's. Just how many are their? I only know T and G Viruses. Las Plagas, Veronica, and the Mold Virus from RE: 7.
And is the Z-Virus a Fan Made one? Created by Twilight this time? And is she a little remorseful of the innocent deaths in each Virus Outbreak? Or is she just too angry against Wesker and the Umbrella themselves to just care?
How would Sunset react to all of that?!

Grand Galvatron came up with the Z-Virus and I helped further developing it. I'm pretty sure she doesn't know that it spread like it did due to her locking herself within the mansion.
(Also, The Mold is a fungus)
As for Sunset. It depends really on what ending you'll want. Galvatron and I have planned to have four different endings. Two of which she kills Twilight. The third she gets Twilight behind bars and the good ending will have Sunset forgiving her.

Sci-Twi accepted a job offer from Umbrella to begin with. So it has been established that, despite being intelligent, she is not a smart person. Plus, people are known to do stupid things when they’re pissed.

Also, her mansion isn't up in the Arklay mountains. Her mansion outbreak caused a similar incident two years prior to the Racoon city outbreak.
Proof being that she started by working in the Spencer mansion and when she created Z she got a different manor for herself. She causes the outbreak on March 10th 1996, while the Spencer mansion outbreak happens on May 12th 1998.
