Grogar have been preparing his master plan for centuries, recruiting all the old threats of the ponykind in order to conquer the ponies once and for all.
But when new allies shows up, he realizes the new heroes are too powerful for his Legion of Doom. The Era of Harmony is no more, now it is time of the Metaponies.

hmm if we're doing legion of doom perhaps now would be a good time to bring Starlight back. Would be interesting to see her out to get revenge on Rainbow for letting her die. Or maybe an alternate Starlight that could mess with Rainbow emotionally. Honestly, anything that actually acknowledges the fact Starlight died would be great.
I wonder if you are planning a lex luthor, without a supermare that is not possible though, mmmm, we know that this universe have an earth with a real justice league, so that may make difficult to get a crypto Ian pony, or many alien heros, anyway, look for typos, there are some, I hope you don't take long for each chapter though, I'm following this :D.

Cozy Glow as Harley Quinn, eh? ...I suppose it works; not saying that it's a bad idea but it kind of threw me through a loop, you know?
I though pinky would be Harley, she was gonna visit cheese in the asylum, and eventually succumb to crazy love, sight, oh well anyway, cozy may do, perhaps, at least make her start loving the joker as a big bro or father and betray gregory, the romance is not an option here, but platonic may be one; in another note, check the spelling again, some parts need better punctuation.
Honestly I'm a bit disappointed. What's the point of having Cheese be Joker if Pinkie isn't Harley? Just seems like a missed opportunity.

I know that they are already known as the Legion of Doom. That's where I got the idea from.
And so Apple Bloom becomes Vixen and Cozy Glow fully transforms into Cozy Clown/Harley Quinn.

Also, I love how you changed the Joker-Harley dynamic to he more.... I’ll say paternally based. Though, I think it could have been built up just a bit better.
I still think pinky would have made a better Harley, the story doesn't need the elements anymore, so pinky changing sides would be an interesting change, but oh well, cozy is the new Harley.
You are using the fact that havi g too much super heroes will create new super villains, and the colateral damage increase, wow, this will become more philosofical XD.

I know but this time I focused in building up the equestrian version of Mr.Mind.
But I'm glad that the new dynamic worked. I'll improve it in the following stories where I can explore this new villainous duo a bit more.

I’d love if we can get a Cozy Glow backstory chapter. That could probably help.
Roseluck becoming Poison Ivy........ eh, seems like a leap, but okay.
Meanwhile, the last living Starlight becomes Pariah. Still praying that Canon-Starlight is resurrected to become White Canary a la Sara Lance.
However, there are some interesting things I hope get addressed in the future. Applejack, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie have all been left out of the superheroics so far, so I'm wondering where this all comes into play.
Fluttershy seems like a shoo-in to become Vixen, Applejack sounds like a Wonder Mare, considering her whole deal about Truth, but Pinkie..... I pegged her for Harley Quinn at first, but now I'm not so sure. I could see her being Elongated Mare. Pinkie seems like one that would take to such powers.
I wonder what other SC Leaguers we haven't gotten yet?

Hmm not sure I am fond of the idea of Twilight becoming the local superman espy, a twilight without magic and who indeed is completely defenseless to magic just doesn't seem right.
Like a Punisher who regularly spares criminals or a spectre who gives up on the whole being the wrath of god incarnate.
Well, turning Twilight into supermare would be one of the worst things to happen to her, her talent is magic, and kriptonians can't use magic, and to make it worse, magic is one of their weakness.
