A Pretty obvious one would be Aj being a Centaur or Minotaur and RD a Harpy.

RD should be a harpy. Twilight should be a Mermaid, have her be a bit more intelligent. Rarity would totally be a succubus. I see Derpy is in the tags, have her be a Kobold/Dog human. AJ be a Minotaur, that would be a bit more interesting. (Giant cow girl) Fluttershy should be an angel. (You have a demon, so why not?) If you do Trixie, which you should totally do, maybe a dark elf.

Hmm...okay. The Pie family could be Yuki-onnas. (Ice demons known for being very straight laced, deadpan and serious) Pinkie could be the odd one out, being one that loves doing fun things in the snow/ice. Gilda...not sure. Maybe a zombie or an oni? Have her be something really extreme. The princesses...I can only think of angels for them.
Also, do you need some editing help? I can do some minor edits for you if you would like.

Before I read, when you say monster girl do you mean like the animals were they are just humans with cosmetic attachments, or more like antho monsters?

Although i was surprised, that youre combining the mlp characters with other Monsters, when they are already magical creatures.
Personally, id like to see Kirin like autumn blaze or sphinxes.
For kirin it would make sense, if they were normally nudists, considering, that they spontaneously burst into Flames. So they would Need time to adjust to human culture, and in the beginning, theyd Need constant reminders, to put on clothes. But even without getting Angry, their Body temperature would be much higher than humans, with a kirin as roommate, youd never need to worry about heating bills. Theyd also misinterpret phrases, like "youre hot", the same way centorea thought, beople were staring at her for being different, when it really was because of her chest.
Also they tend to leave behind marks, like dried up grass, whenever they sit down in the park or something, perfectly outlining the shape and size of their posteriors. They could be outfited with Special spells, that prevent them from unintentionalls Setting Things around them on fire, but objects, that are in direct contact with their flames would still be burnt or start to melt, theyd just not catch on fire. trying to completely supress the fire, without turning off their emotions would have side effects, such as swelling in certain Areas. so underwear would be doomed either way. But if you have a kirin for a friend, you can make Pop tarts anytime anywhere. In her cleavage.
