At this point I kinda hope Shining and 64 die horrible deaths. The torture they're engaged in sickens me and at this point, it pretty much feels like torture for the sake of torture.

I agree about Shining, but 64 is just being guided by Shining in this. Shining knew full well what would happen when those drugs were used,, and 64 did show regret at using them once he saw the effects. Shining has shown no regret at all.
