The ending and it's sequel....tell me if Chapter one of the original "Chrysalis always wins" is even comparable to the last chapter of "Chrystal Gamble" the sequel! It has the Power Rangers for goodness shake! You think Garf's heart was still in it by the time he wrote Chrystal Gamble? I liked the idea and wanted to give the story a proper ending, something that feels like the dark story Chapter one of the original promised! Look at the name, Garf killed Chrysalis off in a story called Chrysalis always wins! How is that winning?
Literally everything in this description is the reason I won't even open the first chapter. If you can't write the title correctly, why should my eyes burn out of my head by reading the story you 'claim' is better?

There is a way to write "fixfics" and a way not to write them. Going on and on in the description about how the original author failed and how bad it was...that's the way not to write them.
You could have been diplomatic. Something along the lines of "Here's how I would have written this" without saying "Man did that ever blow, huh guys?"
I mean, the typo in the title is already a red flag as to how this might go, and the haughty "I'm better than this guy" attitude coupled with it makes me want to stay as far from this story as possible.

I do know what a parody is, do you know who Weird Al is? That's a master of parody and perfect example.
Your story doesn't come across like a parody based on the cover page, it comes off like a 14 year old didn't like a story and decided "I can do better", then failed from the title onward.
As such, I haven't voted on this story, nor will I. So those votes you've earned yourself and vengeful defensive comments only solidify what people think of this story.
I'll play no active part in the future of this story besides to remind you of the above.

Now I know I'm not the only one who like bad endings around here, heck some of the stories around here at fimficion have alternate bad ending because everyone around here have asked for one and they get a positive response.
I don't want to say mean things to everyone, so I leave with this. This author has done same thing for anybody who like bad ending and all I ask that of you at least wait for the story to complete and wait for at least the others to read the story before gave your response. All that I asked that you all give the story a chance.

What about my comment was hurtful? All i said was this fic was an insult to the og author. He even admits it in the short and long desc. Along with poor writing, i was providing legit complaints. Not being hurtful or whatever. I think if the dude just gets some outside help with this it would be less insulting.

Events as they happened- One Spike2000 requests Garfield23 to give Chrysalis Always Wins a dark ending, Garfield23 opts not to do it but does recommend Guilty2501, Spike2000 asks Guilty2501, Guilty2501 agrees but only after talking with Garfield23 and I know you didn't ask Garfield23 about this because he's a friend of mine, Garfield23 changes his mind and asks Guilty2501 to write a new version of events to match up with what's changed in MLP since the original was written but still using the same name and concept, Garfield23 gives his blessing after Guilty2501 agrees to these conditions and finally Garfield23 helps with planning and shares his original notes.
So now you owe me an apology for a baseless claim! If I do not receive an apology for that baseless claim you will be blocked and I will complain to the Admins. You are allowed to dislike the story but if you fucking dare accuse me of that again I will not be a forgiving mood because I maybe a clop writer but there are some things that I won't tolerate. I wrote this story as a favour to Garfield and to Spike, I didn't need to ask, they asked me and about you go ask Garfield and tell him what you told me....knowing his attitude he will be furious! Guilty respected your opinion about the story but didn't like being accused of theft. The use of it's just a review doesn't excuse Silver going too far. Also this person used this the dislike ration to get away with insulting Guilty2501" Silver if this is just a review, saying "I'm sorry I shouldn't have accused you of theft without asking Garfield23 but I do still think your story is bad" it'll allow you to retain the review part of your criticism and allow Guilty the knowledge no one will suspect him of plagiarism any longer.

A quick look through showed why this got such downvote ratio.
Two problem
1. Author got into heated argument other writers.
2. Writing is kinda meh.
Writing itself and topic isn't too bad. At least, it's not bad enough to warrant such overwhelming downvote. Description can use some work.
Look I'm a fan of the Queen and the original changelings are my favorite species and I still feel this deserves it's downvotes having read it. I honestly can't write out anything else to describe it without it breaking down into insults. I'm sorry but you should really get someone more objective to read what you write before you post aside from someone who's a fan of the subject matter so you can get better pointers beforehand. Anyone who's a fan of the subject matter will either blindly love it or more heavily critique it than necessary.
