Absolutely loved this story, corrupted Spike is one of my favourites. I hope you do some more with this concept.

The title of the chapter is kind of misleading. Spike was a Knight, yes, but, aside from Chrysalis’ attempted seduction earlier, he never got to even touch either the Queen of the Night or the Queen of the Changelings.
Noice! I'd love to see this continued with Spike corrupting the other Elements, along with any of their female allies.

Just a reference to 'Twilight Theory', the April Fool's event from 'Equestria at War' which is, in turn, a reference to the funni clock man from 'The New Order'. Narratively, it doubles as a call back to 'Lesson Zero' as to Twilight's mental state without her friends or Spike.
As for Spike sharing Fluttershy, recall in chapter 'Once Bitten', the thestrals call dibs on 'Shy with the caveate that they won't make her exclusive. In 'Super Freaks' by the time Spike meets 'Shy, he has gone through the Everfree horde mode, had his pelvis crushed by Applejack and hasn't had any proper food or sleep for some time. If he was at 100%, he might have been more possessive. Plus, given Flutterbat's new personality, it would be more accurate to say Spike is part of her harem alongside Big Mac and Knight.
