I like these kind of chill, almost slice-of-life BDSM fics. Not into spanking myself (as far as I can tell, but could still get into it and enjoy the reactions of the characters and the complex dynamics.
What I found really interesting was how Flame reacted to being struck so hard, how it was making him want to Dom and then suddenly it all just switched. I like it!

Very nice story, I may not be into spanking myself, but this was well written. I like to see how everyone's ideas and creativity flow into the Clocktower's framework and rules, but also flowing so well you could read them separate from the society and still enjoy them.
Nice work.
