Adagio Dazzle, Aria Blaze, and Sonata Dusk don't know what to expect when they moved to Canterlot; Manehatten was quite a ways away, after all. But they don't mind; a new city means a new beginning, and a new beginning starts with a new school, and what better school to attend than Canterlot High School, a school that values friendship and good behavior above all else. With that kind of reputation, the trio will be up to their necks in new friends and fun memories!
At least, that's the plan. Sure, no plan is perfect, but really, what's the worst that could happen?

Ugh. Both Celestia and Sunset really fucked up here. Why didn't Celestia TELL anyone they weren't the original Dazzlings?! Sunset could have told her friends, who might have spread the word to the school! Now everyone's just going to be angry and hurt for no reason.

This is the point that I nope out of your story. You had some technical issues in earlier chapters and your heroines were undeveloped, but it was still readable before you went full bore Anon A Miss. I loathe Anon A Miss stories, they're the opposite of fun. I rolled back my instinctual down vote because you're a new writer, but I will not be reading this any further.

I'm starting to like this, although I still don't see why Celestia didn't quietly pass the word round that these aren't the sirens.
Kudos to Sunset for going into that situation without succumbing to paranoia. She only had the sisters' word for it that they'd seen one of their counterparts, and the Rainbooms already offered convincing alternative explanations for why they appear to have parents, and not to be dangerous. The reader knows they're legit, but Sunset does not. It could all have been the culmination of their sinister plan, yet she goes home with them and stays the night anyway, for the sake of friendship. In another story, it would be an act of suicidal bravery. I love Sunset. The Mane 5, by contrast, are coming over really badly... which is totally appropriate in a continuity which includes Anon-a-Miss.

I know it seems a stretch, and it certainly felt like a stretch when I was writing it, but it seemed in character since they were so slow to accept Sunset even with the school's saviors on her side. CHS students are really unforgiving, it seems (except with human Twilight, I guess).
