Have you seen the size of a Sangheili's foot? @.@ they can punt a normal sized person's torso with one foot. Film and Flam are described as rather slim individuals, even in the show they are rather thin. When it comes to that, he could either punt them both at the same time, or quickly boot them one at a time. Though, I would go one at a time, to make more logical sense.
