While it does seem you aim to hit every arche+stereotype and trope branch on the way down the tree, it does likewise seem like you will do a good job at it. Description alone seems to imply that you will go all in for exaggerating it like expected =3 So that's neat. And with a quick glance on the comments: Yeah, doing a quick warning what fetishes it contains is always a great idea. Doesn't really spoil the fic, it just gives people a really good heads up of what to expect ^^ And avoids causing unnecessary drama. Anyway, as for the actual fic. Sorry if this review sucks. I don't do this kind of thing very often, so sorry if I miss anything.
Going in I didn't really have much hope as I saw "ejeculation" right in the synopsis (along with a few other grammatical errors, but this is pony fanfiction. I'm not coming here to read thesis level English nor will I use it or expect others to >.>) Since I came here from futa/male group, (as I do with just about everything since it's one of two groups I'm in) I'm mildly used to "hello peple, I have mad fetisch fic. Pleas enjoy." Little things like that have come to set my alarms off quickly. (I'm not talking about pony fiction in particular, but the fetish overall.)
Good things about your fic have basically already been said, innovative storyline being the main one, fairly correct spelling and grammar, and better character dialogue than most stories. (Luna seemed a bit Unluna-like to me, often just being there to gawk at Celestia, but she doesn't have much characterization in the show to go off of, so I guess she could be considered a blank slate.) Two of those strong suits are fairly difficult to accomplish, so pretty well done all-in-all.
Now for the faults I had with the story. First, I didn't have much reference for size. Namely just big cock and Twi's packing slightly more than Tia come to memory, (Unless you were saying her cock was literally as large as a Wooly Mammoth) and you even mention this in the author's notes section. Secondly, the action itself seemed rather long and samey(starting with twi blowing Celestia and then finishing with Twi still blowing Celestia ~250 lines later. All well and good, but generally that leads into much, much more than ~10 lines of anal play.)
Now personal problems with the fic. Firstly the telepathically moving them around part kinda lost me. It would've just been less work to comprehend if they all teleported somewhere or if they were levitated up or something, but this point is probably my fault. Also a really personal one was the clinical description of arousal to climax. I already have to study this personally for classes. I don't come to stories like this to read more about it. It may or may not have been correct. I'm not sure since I just skipped it out of disinterest. Another complaint is the naming of the characters. I get you're trying to be creative, but some really don't sound ponyish at all, and the ones that do are just... Let's just say "Critical Ecstasy" made me audibly groan on reading.
My biggest personal complaint by far however is the futa on male parts present in the story. I mean, I came here from the group, and I see "Futa on Male" in big letters right in the title of the chapter. Then I go to read the chapter I find the only related content was....about 8 lines where Luna basically says "surprise buttsex" to a guard and then it cuts off. I liked the fic overall, but I'm not really coming to a fic that advertises itself with futa on male to read a fic that's 99% futa on futa. Unless I just got confused and misunderstood at some point, this was kind of a big letdown, personally.
Anyway, to answer your questions at the end. (This goes on for a while. Bring popcorn.)
Ball sizes can usually be described using the same compare-to-other-round-object metric. Generally you have it go:
small -> normal-> big ->baseball/tennis ball -> cantaloupe/bowling ball -> watermelon
for both parts. If you need any larger than that, you ditch that system altogether and just compare where it ends up on her body in approximately this order for balls
sticking out of skirt (if applicable also smaller or about the same size as watermelon technically) -> relation to knees -> relation to calves ->relation to ankles.
If they go even bigger than that...well you run into some interesting descriptions all over the place. I've seen some say the balls were the size of the main character/person with them, or just that they were off the ground. If you want you can use actual measurement, but you risk alienating people by using metric or imperial.
After this point in size, you generally go
as large as a (2-story) house -> as large as mountains -> as large as a continent ->bigger than planets, but I think we've overshot what you're going for by a few (million) miles at that point.
For boobs you start off mostly with the same round object scaling, but slightly modified:
flat -> A -> cantaloupes/bowling balls -> watermelons
and then continue down their body until you hit the floor as well, but with a few more anatomical pit stops. After that you basically go to the same house sized scaling. Admittedly I've never actually seen stories tackle hyper further than the house point for either of the two. ( Some macro stories get to mountainous size, but I've yet to see more than one or two for bigger without starting at Galactus size.)
Sorry for going on the silly rant and getting side-tracked. For the dick size you generally have:
Pinky size -> average -> well above average -> as long as forearm/forehoof -> longer than forarm/forehoof -> as long as arm/third/fifth leg -> longer than arm/leg (generally going for this big means you're going the distance, so they're still flaccid at this point. Any longer just will say how far beyond that it reached)
For girth, generally you can stick to:
soda can -> arm-> 1/2-liter bottle -> tree trunk ->chest/torso comparison -> really big tree trunk -> whatever you can imagine after this point

Slightly more on breasts, you can use cup sizes, but avoid it for anything bigger than DD-cups or so since at that point what cup size is what varies not only country-to-country, but also sometimes manufacturer-to-manufacturer. Plus not many people know exactly what size to envision if they read "O-cup breasts" regardless of country.

As for the spelling errors, yeah that's a big problem with me. I'm gonna try and fix it with the next chapter I write by writing slower. You see, usually when I write, I write at texting speed. This means that I'm writing so fast it I don't even notice errors when I make them. Hopefully, a steadier hand will help me fix this.

I'd advise against adding it to further groups though for warnings alone (what I assume you did). Most groups usually require/recommend the focus of their group at least be a large part of a chapter if not a major theme throughout the whole fic. Also, "warning: light futa on male" would be better that way out sounds like you're warning those who don't like it rather than inviting those who do.
Anyways, about the size descriptions, keep in mind the descriptions can be whatever comparison you want as long as it sounds appropriate. (ie. you can say their dick was as thick as a baseball bat/telephone pole/old brick phone(if you're trying to be funny), but you should probably avoid "as thick as a trashcan" since that's gonna pull people out of the mood...unless it's some dirt kink fic or something. (any round object for balls/boobs and any roughly cylindrical object for dicks will do as long as it isn't jarring)
You can be creative with it, I was just giving you the standards.

And adding it to groups the hardest part for me mainly because of where the story is going to go. Basically, whenever the porno starts actually being made, there will be episodes to the series. Some will be one shots, while others will be segments. By segments, I mean that there will be multiple chapters dedicated to it. Here are some of the names for example; Luna's Lewd Lucids, Applejacks Swabbing List, Spike and Rarity's Humiliation Quest, Rainbow Dash Gets Trained, Win/Win. Each of these will be different segments of the overall series, and will have their own chapters. In fact, I'm thinking of ripping out chapter numbers altogether and just naming the parts. But anyways, each of these will feature numerous fetishes. So deciding what group it belongs to, let alone what folder in the groups, is somewhat troublesome. Suggestions?

Don't know if you're still looking for these, or if you're interested in them from anyone else, but for me, I tend to go with adjectives, especially those that can be used as nouns elsewhere like plush. Rolling curves, foal-bearing (or brood-bearing for the BIG ones), lush, rump, flank, luscious, jiggly, bouncy, baby-riders, lower rack, luscious, bubble, padded/padding, rear, heiny, cushions, tush, glutes when the muscles are emphasized, things like that.
At some point I want to have some crack a joke about handholds or bracing because mmm, the better hips are nice for that.
