Yeesh, do you really expect him to reveal all the details of every character in the first chapter? The purpose of the story is to have a plot ( no, not that kind you perverts XD), and to let you find out the traits of the characters over time. If you spill all the character details in the first chapter, then it just makes the story boring because you can guess their reactions to every problem or conflict that presents itself. His special talent is diplomacy, big deal, it doesn't mean he's OP or anything. Now, with that rant out of the way, the chapter was pretty good. But I want to see what happens next :3

5489671 I'm not really arguing, but expressing my opinion. If I was arguing then I probably wouldn't be trying to write a calm and composed comment. I'm just expressing my dislike of short comments that use slang terms against elements of the story. Sure, it may have had the same gist of what Syreth said, but if you're trying to leave constructive criticism then at least put a little effort in and try not to use slang. It doesn't have to be necessarily long either, just getting your point across while trying to be polite. But sure, I'll try to stay out of your hair.
