In all seriousness, though, you need to make these chapters longer. You're trying to tell a story, but you're telling only small pieces at a time, and a story with as much potential as this deserves more.

Bleach is, admittedly, better than most in this regard, but the Japanese seiyuu still convey more emotion in a scene than anything the English VAs can do. Also, the English dubs have a bad habit of adding in voiceovers where there weren't any in the original. But, hey. Just my opinion.
