I was going to say something mean, but I remembered WWPPD. So I won't.
i've never read any fall of equestria fics but i'm assuming that it's essentially My Little Pony but force fed with Regidar's Fetishes.
after reading the intro and about one sixth of chapter 1, i can say this.
although the grammar errors here are indeed obvious, i think 90% of the downvotes are from the fact that it's a fall of equestria fic, as if that wasn't enough, it's a fallout fic.
this literally sounds like something Kaidan would write for lulz. i kinda don't know whether to take this seriously or not.
the clop scenes themselves felt rushed, you're essentially just telling the readers what they're seeing instead of painting a picture for them, and for any kind of clop-ish fic, that's definitely something you're gonna wanna improve on.
you've managed to take a scene with one mare, and two stallions last what? 6 paragraphs? that scene alone should've been able to be 2k words minimum given the right amount of detail and writing.

Could've been constructive criticism focusing on the writing itself instead of the subject. instead it's snarky little comment that does almost nothing but tell the writer that he's doing something "wrong" and then fail to show said writer what he actually is doing wrong.

I instead decided to wet my whistle by telling him what he did wrong. It is now up the author whether he wants to take my comment on board and attempt to rectify his story.

There's no way this can be executed well. I don't know how this passed moderation, given that in the guidelines it states that a story must be reasonably legible and most people are complaining about how iit reads like a third grader's composition assignment.
And no. The concept is exactly as important as the execution. A well-executed (judging by the comments this isn't it) story with a shitty premise is still a shitfic.
It reminds me of an image drawn of Deus raping Littlepip without the artist getting permission of Somber and Kkat, or even reading any FoE just knowing that it would make him infamous.

Will this be accepted among the fandom? Depends on the writing.
Just like how an artist could draw fan art of a different fandom which I may not like, but i still might follow or watch them if their art style captures my interest.

Fall of Equestria is a bunch of hard-core submissives exploring something that they could never experience in real life for reasons of both safety and ethics. Most people aren't going to like it for the simple reason that it's NC BDSM, something that isn't to most people's tastes and that tends to attract misunderstandings[1].
Fall of Equestria isn't the best hard-core NC BDSM stuff I've encountered, but it is better than most of the dom written stuff.
[1] Most commonly the inability to get how some people get seriously turned on by the thought of that sort of thing happening to them. This leads to the assumption that anyone who creates artwork/stories along these lines must want to enslave and rape people.
I think the bandwagons for Fallout: Equestria and Fall of Equestria are outdated. Please invest in an editor, pre-reader, and something at least uncommon--obscure being more preferable here. It would save you a lot of flak, trust me. I've been there before.

5115942 I think most people don't like it because the canon makes no sense and is incomplete, the caribou are all Marty Sues and are uninteresting, there is no conflict because no one can apparently organize any successful rebellion, and most stories involve brutal mutilation of characters that far exceeds BDSM fetishes levels.

I pretty reread and listen until everything sounds and looks right to me, not to say a don't miss stuff.
One of my favorite stories has to do with J. D. Salinger writer of Catcher in the Rye, he had a friend that would always tell him he put his commas in the wrong place, This would irate him to no end because he was trying to craft a sentence with words and all his friend would talk about where he put his commas.

Yes it is is incomplete and under development but that is going to be true of most things that do development and creation in parallel. It also isn't really about how things got that way but about how things are after the takeover.
The lack of effective rebellion actually has been addressed, with resistance groups being allowed enough success to keep recruitment focused on those groups which are heavily infiltrated.
As for how extreme it is, I've seen stuff that goes a lot farther, (e.g. lolicon guro, hard vore, RL amputation fetish). What you see in Fall is close to what you see the Goreans get up to combined with crippling, (but specifically noted as non-permanent), body modifications.

When I see horns lopped off, wings pretty much destroyed, and total brain washing, I see mutilation, which turns it off completely for me. I think most people take the FoE stuff at face value, that is, pretty much destroying some main characters for sexual gratification. Some people enjoy it, some don't, but I think that's where the hate comes from.
For me the biggest turn off is the fact the caribou are seemingly invincible in the canon, and the resistance groups are little more than plot devices to create more opportunities to debase the mares. I know the outcome of a FoE story the instant I read the preview text, and that ruins it for me.

I agree with you, I think that sex should a) be fully consensual, b), done safely so that there is no permanent harm (BDSM and that stuff is OK if done properly), and c) the people performing the act accept that not everyone shares their tastes and vice versa. If a couple likes to roleplay rape situations, use bondage tools, or have a master-slave relationship, etc., that's fine as long as it's consensual and they have proper safety measures, like a safe word, and so on. Forcing it even on those mares that are unwilling, and trying to make it universal like the Caribou are doing, is wrong on so many levels I cannot begin to describe it. And, for a non-moral complaint, the sexualization is way over the top. The only reason that I'm reading this story is the fact that it doesn't seem quite as horrible as the "canon" Fall stories (and I liked Fallout Equestria OK). I also agree with you about the mutilation, there are easier ways to stop unicorns from spellcasting and pegasi from using their wings to fly, and I find the concept horrible besides, same with the brainwashing and mind breaking. I also agree with you about the defilement of the characters and setting, the Caribou being so Marty Sueish that it's ridiculous, and the depiction of the resistance. I also dislike the idea that females are naturally inferior in every way, especially since FIM has numerous strong female characters. It all just absolutely RUINS the story for me, makes any arousal I could get tainted. I especially like the Post-Fall group stories where the Caribou get their just desserts, check them out if you haven't already.

5490796 I'm afraid that this fic is dead. I think the writer was daunted by the actual product and didn't knew how to convert the actual product in a Fall of Equestria setting.

5725698 Probably somewhat differently, for one the factions that exist in Fallout won't exist in a mish mash story like this. Somethings would never get invented or others like the Ministrys would never arise. In this story the entire world attacked the Caribou while in the old its just the Zebra and the worlds in crud shape from the world. From what we see, the Mare's are still being treated as slaves though things like horns seem to be OK due to survival needs.
