Emotional death cannon incoming. X> <| <X |> | + | X> X> X> ("Evil" Luna) X> <X ("Evil" Luna) And probably more but I've lost track.
I also somehow picked some lesson from all this for Luna and her Lulamoons.
Oh course they're the darkness of ponies! They are strong and devoted enough to defend themselves and do the horrible things that must sometimes be done! Sure they are prone to hate and misunderstanding but they are also tempered in those fires and make for the perfect weapons to protect the happy, innocent ponies from the much crueler monsters of the world. For those weaker but so much happier ponies, holding back the tides of hate and darkness is a monumental feat that is worth celebration. For a lulamoon, it is simply another challenge they WILL overcome. And it is worth it for their masters to love/hate them. They thrive off their master's punishment and wield their power to protect their beloved!
... A bit twisted but it seemed to work with everything so far. Probably missing something but it would give them a defined purpose and place in the world. Probably could have worded it better too...
Your Trixie is such an amazing and complex character, it's astounding and fantastic. Everything in the moon is just great, you put such nuance into Trixie and Luna's dialog,Trixie holding on to belonging to Twilight and being one of Celestia's Little Ponies.
Now that's just creepy. what is it with you and dropping things like this? In the last one there was the "actual risk of death" I brought up, and now the kidnapping and torture of a character, and Luna has every intention of keeping her in solitary until she dies. Oddly, it's not a moral event horizon for Luna, though.
Twilight's going to ask for assistance in finding her... OR Luna will lie to her and she'll think it was her fault that she ran away, so then she'll look for her alone.
926620 I reckon Princess Luna is absolutely right that Trixie's needs include heavy subbing- and I'm not sure it can be torture in the normal sense if she likes it. The question is whether she wants to like it, and what Twilight will do with her false idea of what actually just happened.
And yeah- Luna's ethics are kind of a work in progress, what with overthrowing her sister while Nightmare Moon and then being imprisoned. Seems the way she already was kind of softened her up for being Nightmare Moon, so maybe this isn't a wise course of action for her. Notice that she was horrified and upset to learn that her 'pets' the Lulamoons rebelled after she was gone- apparently she wasn't training them for revolution, just for pleasure, and perhaps Nightmare Moon took no notice of them at all or treated them like the other ponies. Now Luna has a Lulamoon once more. I'm sure she would assure you she can handle it...
First: Rainbow, for Celestia's sake, TALK TO SOMEONE. Twilight or Flutters, or AJ consarnit! Second: This thing between Twi and Tia, Luna and Trixie....i.qkme.me/3on5c8.jpg Lastly: Pinkieshy baby. Well, with Big Mac as the baby daddy...maybe? Something Dash said made me wonder if Pinkie and Flutters can have a baby? Any way, it sounds to adorable to be legal.
I maintain the comment I put on the last chapter. I want to see Twilight fall off the deep end into murderous rage. When she gets the glowey eye thing going her power seems to get even stronger, or she is just able to use more of it, or whatever. She has enough power that even Celestia and Luna consider it to be "nearly limitless". I want her to summon Celestia, and then break her. Trixie learned her lesson very early about how far she can push Twilight before the darkness takes hold, and now it's time for Celestia to learn that lesson. And then it's time to head out and teach Luna the same lesson, though perhaps a bit slower.....just for fun....
...but we all know that's not gonna happen......you like your emotional train wrecks too much..... seriously though, since I have a feeling things are going to get a lot worse for Twi and Trixie before they get better, Celestia and Luna better suffer for this. Theirs was the only ship in this story that I really cared about (most of the others are so fucked up by this point it's hard to tell if they really even count as ships anymore), so if I don't even get the satisfaction of revenge, I might just have to ask Pinkie if she can break some walls for me so I can just through my computer screen to get you.
Gaahh! Why do you have to write so well?! All of my jimmies have been rustled, but I just can't stop reading it!
934968 Celestia has apologized VERY nicely- for yelling at Twilight (and implying she could drop the Sun), after being teleported against her will. Celestia is BLAMELESS here, and did not do anything to Trixie. But now Twilight is so twisted up in guilt and suspicion that it will be impossible to convince her of that... Twilight cannot summon Celestia on her own. Not without a magemeld with Trixie. Twilight KNOWS where rage leads her, after last time. Rainbow Dash is alive because she didn't go with the rage, thanks to Trixie. And guys, Trixie is not on the moon. There's no air in caves on the moon. It's somewhere else.
935049 Celestia may not be the one who actually took Trixie, but she's far from blameless. She's been effectively forcing Twilight to choose between her and Trixie the whole time. She's shown her disapproval of every single one of Twilight's choices, since the very beginning, without ever actually telling her WHY she disapproves, leaving Twilight to believe that her mentor and closest friend no longer feels the same way about her. And now that Trixie's gone, with the information Twilight has available to her, she comes to the very reasonable assumption that Celestia is the one responsible for it. Celestia may not have directly taken Trixie, but due to her own actions and lack of willingness to actually talk to Twilight, she has influenced Luna to take the steps she did to try to "help" Twilight in her place. She's the one who put Twilight in a position where she could honestly, and with good reason, believe Celestia capable of kidnapping her lover in order to try to "protect" her.
I'm not trying to say that the other characters haven't done anything wrong, they certainly have, but Celestia is right in there with them. You can't have an argument by yourself, and Celestia is the other half of this one with Twilight.
935073 True... but my Celestia in these books isn't Molestia. Princess Celestia has been keeping Twilight an innocent filly. Suddenly she has to contend with not only Twilight becoming sexually active, but active with a pony she considers awful- I'm not sure if she's seen Trixie domming or subbing, but I wouldn't call it impossible, and she's seen (and misinterpreted) the whole magic-bit history. Then she learns that Trixie made that thing herself, and that ponies (her ponies!) were being KILLED through its enchantment, and now Trixie has her innocent Twilight recreating the cursed magic item?
It's literally all she can do to not swoop in and start issuing commands. She's aware that her motivations are colored by her tendency to still see Twi as her filly student- I don't know if she's had sexualized feelings for her student, but if she had, she's strict with herself about them and has plenty of experience not flying off the handle about things. She's in 'letting go of the over-mothering impulses' mode and knows it, and at all costs she doesn't want to force Twilight back into a childlike role- though she is an alicorn so Twi cannot ever truly gain parity with her.
I guess her big fault is that she cannot accept Trixie as a sadomasochistic bit-making troublemaker who grows magical dicks and rams them into her beloved student's vagina. Given time maybe she'd be able to cope with this. But nobody is getting as much time as they need, to process all this. It's spinning out of control (for them: _I_ know what I'm doing)
Apologies to any Twixie fans, but I think the best possibility for a happy ending to all of this will be Rari-Twi.
Twilight needs to be controlled, and instructed. She has far more power than she can contain, and we've seen it slip out before. If Trixie had not been around in TMB, Twi's jealousy of Rainbow Dash quite likely would have led to murder. Trixie was a strong force that brought her back down, and since that time Trixie has been guiding and instructing Twi's sexual and romantic growth.
Unfortunately, Luna is right. Trixie is a dangerous influence. Twilight has grown steadily darker throughout all of RWDE, and those changes are driving her away from Celestia's light.
Rarity, on the other hoof, can provide just as much will as Trixie without the darker influence. With Rarity, the games are built around love and trust, not ownership. Because of these games though, Rarity needs somepony with a very adventurous appetite, and neither AJ nor Mac can keep up with her.
Also, Dash and AJ really need to talk already. At this rate, nopony else is going to be able to break through Dash's barriers.
948330 I'm gonna make some popcorn and confirm- Aerovenax is right about some things though I'm not prepared to reveal which
And I'm happy to say that it looks like NOBODY quite sees how this will unfold. And only one pony is allowed to ask- and he ain't letting out a peep (I remember my promises to those I didn't get to catch up with at Bronycon).
With a bit of luck, another chapter lands tomorrow. Another brisk change of scene...
I guess her big fault is that she cannot accept Trixie as a sadomasochistic bit-making troublemaker who grows magical dicks and rams them into her beloved student's vagina.
The fact that we can forget this is proof that you are a master of your craft. *bows*
This started off interesting, then the ending done stole the interesting and blew it up.
I'M surprised Luna has captured Trixie and is now lecturing her on Celestia's behalf. But maybe it's for the better--afterall, Trixie is a Lulamoon, and that pony-family was devoted to Luna.
Well, I think that Twi is going to f*ck some major shit up. Oh my, things are just incessantly spiraling out of control, aren't they? And Fluttershy, you wanna have a foal to raise with Pinkie? Hmmmm...that should end up interesting.
Oh BUCK!
Ahhhh! It's just getting even crazier now
Solid exposition chapter.
I think that Luna is underestimating Trixie's Lulamoon powers, and Twilights devotion to her
Also have to ask: what are Lyra and Bon-bon doing in all of this?
Unholy Muffin of Darkness.
Whoa.
Demonios, esto se pone bueno XD
923285
Yes, ride me like a pony, Bonsy!
... You are a pony, Lyra.
And suddenly, Lyra's mood was broken.
And she was pony.
Aaaaah!
Oh, luna! Oh dashie! Oh my!

So anyway, I only realised yesterday that my 'View Mature' filter unchecked itself several months ago.
I thought this fic and Trixie's Magic Bit had been removed or something. Boy was I glad when I found you again xD
