Oh Rarity, you crazy exhibitionist, just ask next time. Hopefully she's learned a lesson from this, though I suspect that they'll all end up learning a few things. Dammit Applejinx, why you givin' me all these feels, bro?
Heh, congratulations on your first chapter without clop! As always, your writing leaves more to be desired (in the good way!) and I eagerly anticipate the next chapter. That said, Big Mag really needs to come out and tell everypony about how he was about to jump off the cliff and Rainbow saved him, I get the feeling that'd clean up a whole mess of crap that's flyin' around.
606936 Aw, there's always been chapters without clop. But I'd prefer to keep movin' the story through it, because it's fun and really reveals things about th' ponies.
Well... I guess they're discovering when clop ain't so fun. I guess it's relative. Gilda had fun
607051 Huh, I never noticed a chapter where there wasn't any clop before. You manage to mix sex and character development so well I often forget I'm reading something that's basically porn
Poor rarity, she's right though. Resuming her more innocent guise and waiting out the storm of rejection is probably the best way to go about it. Despite her weird and possibly unhealthy fetish, I respect her a bit more now seeing how she is pretty responsible about sharing potentially dangerous gear.
She trotted back and forth in vexation, wincing at the strain to her muscles. "Of all th' ridiculous things ta do... I ought to put up signs! Wanted, Rainbow Dash, for penis larceny! Beware th' mischievous pegasus, take her to bed and you'll wake up to find she done stolt your dick!"
I lol'd so hard here! The absurd hilarity of it and to make it even funnier I read it in Applejack's voice! rofl rofl rofl!
that ending, I liked it. The problems were still there but the moments like that give hope that there is still a good future ahead and not all is lost. A measure of acceptance and maturity that gives them the strength to move past the rough parts. maybe a little closure too.
609384 There's two answers to that question at the same time- that's what kept her up thinkin' about it. She knows Rarity is sincere- remembers how tender Rarity was that day with the hat. All the same, she's finding it hard to imagine Raristallion. A little more indirect confirmation that the bits are influencing the ponies! Rarity was already more lusty than she let on. She's latched onto her new toy like the game-changer it is, but basking in its magical radiations every night could be demanding, even for her. Come to think of it, din't AJ keep the bit under her pillow at the start? No wonder things went as they did...
Awww, this chapter was just what I was hoping for and then some. Thanks for the comforting Applejinx, much appreciated! Now I feel ready for the wild ride again.
Wow, I really think this chapter along with Pardon are some of the best you've written so far. They both have this great feel of change to them but it's written subtly. Amazing characterization of Celestia and amazing how much insight and independence both Twilight and Applejack are gaining. It is like watching them grow in front of your eyes. I think you've really done something special with these last two chapters!
615614 Aw, thank you! It's real hard tryin' to follow up 'Trixie's Magic Bit' and make it even better. I started out with such terrible disasters- well, technically I started out even more alarmingly than I did with 'Trixie'- that time it was AppleDash futa, this time it was pegging Big Mac! But it's for a reason, and the shape of the arcs do indeed follow through to an ending that feels like an ending (if I have anything to say about it!)
Including the upcoming part where the shit really hits the fan- oops, better not give THAT away
Loved that little penis-stealing joke/rant AJ did. And this had a sweet ending. At least more than one friendship is intact and on a--somewhat--platonic level of admiration. Kudos.
Having some difficulty sympathizing with AJ here. Unless I missed some crucial plot point, there was no time in which RD and she discussed not doing the fuck-around thing anymore. She's acting like Dash cheated on her but they had a pretty damn open relationship. Sexually anyway.
I feel like the entire shit-storm could have been totally avoided if Dash, Mac, and AJ just talked the problem out. Ugh, brain overload. I don't know who to feel for and who to have a bit of bad blood towards right now. I'll sort it out soon enough.

Ahhghhgh.
More, please.

"Tattoos? Branding? Perhaps ritual scarification?"
I think someone's been visiting a certain Tumblr account, hmmm?
Sorry Aj, but I have an answer to that question... no, she sure as shootin' ain't.

So... close... to disclosure of the puzzle pieces that would bring peace to all the puzzled, hurty ponies. It's positively perplexing!
I did rather like the curious tension and tenderness of the Rarity and Applejack scene. Rarity is a strangely tragic yet noble creature in this.
Maybe someday, I will be able to write nuance as well as you. Someday.
Rararajack!
Glad you let them get sweet without hoppin' up each other's cooch.

"Give her time..."

And determined, girly Applejack? Good for her!
Aw shit! I'm caught up!

I'm so glad I read that sentence

Also Mac is a damn whiner and needs to grow up.

If everyone had a sit down meeting and everyone had talked about what had happened, a lot of drama and misunderstanding would've been avoided.
