A New Style For The Most Fashionable Pony

The Engaged Couple and New Parents.

Emerald was in disbelief. She had been dating Fancy Pants for only six months, and here he was now, asking her to marry him. She stood there frozen on the spot. She finally came to her senses when she felt a certain little pony nuzzling her hoof. She smiled at the scene, for Rarity looked so cute as a foal. She then turned to Fancy Pants and stuttered as he placed the ring on her horn, "F-Fancy Pants, I-I don't know what to say, this all so... Yes... Yes of course I'll marry you."

She picked up little Rarity and pulled her and Fancy Pants into a group hug. Fancy Pants was caught off guard by Emeralds reaction, but he was happy she said yes. "Alright, well, we have another daughter that requires our attention that will be arriving at the station soon. Oh, I read one of the ingredients is apple juice, so while I am fetching Sweetie Belle, maybe you should take Rarity with you to see if they know anything about this potion," Fancy Pants says.

"It might not please Applejack to well that her friend was regressed, but I guess if it's one of the ingredients, it might help with the whole situation," Emerald said.

"Alright, I'll see if the local store has any foal supplies once I pick up Sweetie Belle and come to see you at the farm," Fancy Pants said.

"Alright, come on, my little cutie, we're gonna go see the Apple Family," Emerald said as she placed Rarity on her back after putting on her saddle bag and secured the little foal with a magic spell that acted as a gentle strap to keep Rarity from falling.

Rarity only made some baby gibberish that was not made understandable by the adults. "Well, looks like she's excited. I'll see you soon darling," Fancy Pants said as he took off out the door and trotted towards the train station.

Emerald Smiled. Her dream was now a reality, she had a husband and a foal that would call her mommy. and not just that. They had another daughter to take care of. Though, she felt she must do everything in her power to try and see if there was a way to change Rarity back. If there wasn't, then she felt it was her duty to keep Rarity's business going along with Fancy Pants. This was actually the opportunity they needed to get away from their fellow high class ponies, and into the more simple society. Course. Another thing on their agenda was to inform Princess Celestia and Princess Twilight that Rarity was now a foal, plus all her freinds. Looks like Applejack might be the first stop.

As she made her way through Ponyville, many ponies were too busy to even make a glance toward the two unicorns as they trotted through, those who did, thought it was the cutest scene ever. Soon they came upon the Apple Farm, where Apple trees stretched out in every direction aside from their own as far as the eye could see. Course, some would say that was an exaggeration. They soon located the farmhouse within the orchard and walked up to the door. Emerald knocked and after a few moments, the door was answered by good old Granny Smith. "Well hello there youngin, what can I do for ya today?" Granny asked.

"Hello there Granny, it's been a long time," Emerald said.

"I'm sorry, do I know ya?" Granny asked.

"Oh, don't tell me you forgot about me. Emerald Star," Emerald introduced herself.

"It can't be... little jumpy Emerald?" Granny asked.

"The one and only, at your service," Emerald said as she bowed to her former foal sitter that looked after her when she traveled to sell apples outside of Ponyville.

"Last time I saw you, you were still getting all excited about using the toilet while gettin potty trained. course you still got a messy diaper every now and again," Granny said.

Emerald blushed. "Yes, those were sweeter times," Emerald said.

"So, is there something my family and I can help ya with," Granny asked.

"Well, Fancy Pants and I were visiting Rarity today, and well, we had a 'little' accident," Emerald answered as she scratched the back of her neck.

"Oh, is everything alright with the young dress maker, is she alright?" Granny pried.

"Well..." was all Emerald said as she turned to reveal a sleeping little foal version of Rarity sucking on her hoof.

"Oh, my word. What in tarnation? She's the fifth that went and got herself foalified," Granny said.

"Fifth?" Emerald inquired.

"First, we found out that Rainbow Dash and her pegasus friend Lightning Dust were foalified, then Spike gets turned pony and foalified himself, then Fluttershy went and accidentally took some apples from the tree of youth and got younger along with her mother, now lil Rarity's ridin in the same wagon. What's next? Princess Twilight Sparkle endin up in Princess Cadence's tummy? Or maybe my own kin Applejack comin home foalified?" Granny vented.

"Calm down Granny, now, this is the first I am hearing about that, but I was wondering if you might help me understand the ingredients in this lotion, this is what caused her to become a foal," Emerald said as she revealed the lotion she let Rarity use.

"Hmm," Granny said as she took the bottle and had a look at the contents.

It took roughly and hour for her to look it over while Big Mac went about his duties outside to help them defend the house against the approaching storm and Emerald fed little Rarity her meal she needed. "Well, I only know one pony in my family who would make something like this. My third cousin, twice removed Mandarin Orange. Lives in Manehatten, must of tried to make something to help the ponies there stay lookin young. I told him to be careful what he fiddles with, but them Oranges always have a tangy way of doin things," Granny said.

"Is there any cure that you might be able to counter it with?" Emerald asked.

"Sorry, but all the things he put in here have nothing that neutralizes the affects. Not even that rhymin zebra, Zecora can make something to alter it's effects," Ganny said.

"Well, I guess the only other thing to do is let her friends and the Princesses know of what has happened after the storm passes. I do not think they will want to have this information kept from them. When can we expect to see Applejack again?" Emerald asked.

"Probably after the storm, she and Princess Twilight were called by one of the other Princesses to the Crystal Empire. Princess Twilight took lil Spike with her. Cute lil rascal he is now. Anyways, when should, uhm, yer stallion friend be showing up?" Granny asked.

"Well," Emerald said before hearing a knock on the door.

"I reckon that's him now," Granny said.

"Emerald, are you in there dear?" Fancy Pants' voice came.

"You would be correct in that assumption. Coming dear," Emerald called as she let Granny Smith hold little Rarity.

Emerald soon opened the door to reveal Fancy Pants and a very saddened Sweetie Belle. "Hello there Sweetie Belle, why don't you come in?" Emerald offered.

"Okay," Sweetie Belle said in a monotone as she slowly trotted into the house of her friend Apple Bloom.

"Sweetie Belle, I know you're trying to stay strong, but you don't need to hide how you feel about what happened. Fancy Pants and I are here to help," Emerald Said.

"What about my sister, why hasn't she come for me," Sweetie Belle said showing her hints of anger.

"Fancy Pants, you didn't tell her? Shame on you," Emerald said.

"Didn't tell me what?" Sweetie Belle asked with a displeased look.

"I apologize I was just trying to get you along the things we needed and then come here so we could get to your sisters boutique before the storm came in," Fancy Pants.

Sweetie Belle was no longer aggravated, but confused. "Okay, so what does have to do with why my sister couldn't pick me up?" She asked.

"Well, the reason is umm..." Emerald paused.

"Sisthtew," Rarity said as she saw her sister finally walk in.

Sweetie Belle's lower dropped to a length that would rival even Pinkie's jaw drop and her pupils became no larger then pins as she gaze upon the foalified version of her older sister. "That's the reason she couldn't pick you up," Emerald explained.

Sweetie Belle just stood there for a second, then without warning, she burst into joy and ran towards her big, well, now little sister. "Oh, she is just so cute," Sweetie Belle exclaimed.

Rarity after covering her face from the surprise of Sweetie's outburst, soon removed them from her face and placed them on her sister's muzzle. Sweetie Belle smiled and nuzzled her. Emerald chuckled as she watched. "Children, sad one moment, excited the next, it's cute," Emerald said to Fancy Pants.

"Indeed. Now then, we best be on our way. We don't want to get caught in that strong storm approaching," Fancy Pants said.

"Did you buy a foal carrier dear?" Emerald asked.

"Yes, two in fact, just in case," Fancy Pants said.

"Hmhm, alright dear," Emerald said.

Soon Emerald place the foal carrier on her back and Fancy Pants place the saddle bags full of the foal supplies and the lotion, for even though the Apples were a trusted group of ponies, they took it for the sake of knowing it wasn't falling into misguided hooves. Sweetie Belle helped put her little sister into the foal carrier, and soon they were off.

Once they entered the boutique, Sweetie Belle asked, "So, how come you two are taking care of my sister?"

"Well, we were here on a visit. We wanted to see what it was like in the more 'rural societies' as Canterlot ponies like to call it. When we got here we received word from your sister herself of... uh, what had happened. So, I thought I would do the right thing and cheer her up. I offered her some new lotion that was given as a gift from an old friend of my fiance' here. I figured since she was hosting us, it would be the right thing to do and would lift her spirits. It wasn't until after she placed the lotion on her face that we discovered it was a lotion set up to make me a foal, and well, since Rarity was the one to try it, she was the one who turned into a foal. Unfortunately, she'll have to start life all over and grow up again. Oh, and another thing I should mention," Emerald pauses as she looks at Rarity innocently sucking on her hoof before continuing with a smile, "It made me her mother and Fancy Pants her father. The potion caused the first mare and stallion she laid eyes on to become her mom and dad."

"Wow," Sweetie Belle said.

"On an upside, you're still viewed as her sister. I believe the potion works in a mysterious way so that any siblings or friends she had before will still be remembered after she see's the ponies selected as her parents dear," Emerald finished.

"So, does this mean, you're my parents too now?" Sweetie Belle asked.

"Well... we could be young one, if you wanted us to be," Fancy Pants said.

"Well, I do want you to be, I just wish there was a way to help me forget what my parents did," Sweetie Belle said.

Emerald felt sympathy for the little filly. She was so young and has already been through so much. Then she had an idea as she placed Rarity in the play pen Fancy Pants quickly built and filled with foal toys, but needed the approval of her fiance' and Sweetie herself. She then whispered her plan to Fancy Pants. Fancy Pants then said, "I don't see any reason why it would be a bad idea in this particular situation. In my logic, it would actually be beneficial."

Emerald nodded. "Sweetie Belle, might I suggest something?" she asked.

"Sure," Sweetie Belle answered.

"Well, I understand that what your parents did is not something you can forget, but definitely something you don't wanna remember," she paused as Sweetie Belle nodded, "Well, I have a way to help you forget it ever happened, even forget them, but there's a catch."

"Well what is it? I think I might wanna do it, after what they did to our Princesses," Sweetie Belle said.

"Well, I can use this lotion on you and make forget your parents for good and make you think me and Fancy Pants are you real parents, but that means you'll have to become a baby again," Emerald stated.

At the moment Sweetie Belle was silent. Emerald and Fancy Pants were offering to become her family, without any recollection of her parents who sat in the palace dungeon, and according to what Emerald said, she would remember her sister and her friends. This was a chance for her to be happy again. "It's alright if you don't want to become a foal, we will understand," Fancy Pants said.

"I want to do it," Sweetie Belle said.

"A-are you sure? We can still care for you and let you be the big sister this time," Emerald said.

"No, I want to do this, being baby won't be a big deal, besides, Rarity and I can be twins this time," Sweetie Belle tells them.

Emerald and Fancy Pants were caught off guard by her eagerness to do this, but thought as long as she was okay with it, so were they, though, they were uncertain that Sweetie would be as old as her sister. "Alrtight dear, now hold still," Emerald said as she rubbed the lotion on Sweetie Belles cheeks.

It didn't take much before Sweetie Belle was engulfed in the same light and was somewhat smaller the her sister, fully diapered too, and she soon identified them as mom and dad. "Aww, now we got two adorable little foals to take care of. And their gonna grow up to be very sweet to each other and their friends. Yes they are," Emerald said as she tickled little Sweetie Belle who giggled out of control.

"Well, now the only thing left is to plan our wedding," Fancy Pants pointed out.

"Yes," Emerald said before sniffing the air and continued, "But for right now, I think two little fillies need a change."

Rarity and Sweetie Belle looked at each other with a expression of guilt on their face as they brought their tiny hooves to their mouths.

Well, that escalated quickly. Now Sweetie Belle is a twin with her sister, and she doesn't have to remember what her parents did. I know what many of you are thinking, what about the Cutie Mark Crusaders and their search for their true talent. Well, this is an alternate universe. Maybe I might regress the other CMC, maybe not. Not sure how Babs would fit into this story if I did. So I am trying to wrap my stories up to that I can put my focus on the mane, er main story of the series. I hope you all enjoyed this chapter, and I will try to update my other foal stories. Please leave me a positive comment and constructive criticism on this chapter. I'll update when I can. You all rock, as always.

3984536 I do get where you are coming from with this, but let me explain a bit. Leaving plotholes in the chapter lets the readers theorize a bit. For example, why would Granny Smith go to Canterlot of all places? Maybe she had family or friends there that she visits once in a while. As for Granny being a foalsitter, maybe Granny Smith knew Emeralds family very well in the past and didn't see why she couldn't foalsit. Yes many ponies in Canterlot are stuck up, but you have your more conciderate ponies in the city. The princesses themselves is one, Fancy Pants himself is another. AS for Sweetie Belle receiving the news, well, some could theorize she was with them when the arrest took place, another, she was unlucky enough to have the snob ponies tell her what's what. Concerning how she reacted, well, i'll admit, I was a little experimental with that, I'll see if there's something I can do to fix it. Coming to the question of are their adult/kid minds are in tact though, I am gonna leave readers guessing for now. I will be looking into that 'foal's perspective' scenario and see what I can come up with. Thanks for you opinion on the matter.
