This was good, a little short but this just looks like one scene so that's fine. I feel I've seen the "Rarity uses freeze spell and causes problems for the person or pony" I don't quite remember where but I do remember it. Other than that I can't see any glaring issues with this, truthfully I don't see anything that needs work but I'm not that good at this so I'm not necessarily the best source. I just want to see a bit more of down the line or more overall this looks like it could be a good part of a story.
