Yes, someone else writing warhammer fantasy. I'm somewhat concerned with the spelling here, there's a lot of grammatical errors too. You clearly haven't proof read your writing which is a shame. Beyond that I don't have much to say, i'll form a better opinion once there's more content but in the mean time i'd suggest editing this chapter since I found it very jarring.
Somewhat curious to see where this will go.
I am a big fan of the idea of other reptilian races than dragons on Equis, but adding Warhammer Fantasy to MLP tends towards grim-darkness very quickly.
But, I used to have a Lizardman army, so I gotta follow it for that reason alone!
Lizardmen? YES! I'm not really big on warhammer fantasy, but the lizardmen are my favorite race. {It's also nice to see more warhammer fantasy crossover fics here.}
Hopefully, this won't become grim-dark {like it's 40k equivalent}. Actiony, possibly, but not grimdark. I'd probably prefer exploring the lizardmen's backstory and culture and how they interact with ponies and the other races. It's a good place to do some world building.
Overall, it's a very good start. {Though the intro paragraphs could use a little work.}

Hmmm... I was trying to read this and I liked the idea of lizardmen, but there is an absolutely STAGGERING amount of spelling and grammatical errors in this fic. You really ought to get a proofreader/editor to help you with that.

5056299 Well seeing as there are like 15 named Lizardmen and half of them are Slann Mage-Priests, I would be shocked if they all showed up.
I really like the root premise of "lizardmen wake up in equestria and go WTF IS GOING ON?", and maybe even the idea of ponies discovering an extremely uncomfortable past.
A bear chasing after a skink? Bery amusing. (keh heh heh)
But...then you added the doctor, for no obvious reason.
And then you added a scientific rivalry that...apparently went way out of proportion?
Basically, I feel like you stuck waaay too many irons in the fire all at once, and the story is bogging down as a result. Maybe you can't fix this fic, but keep it in mind for future fics.
*Sigh* You got me interested with this story. An ancient civilization thought long dead waking back up and finish what they started is a premise that I could get behind.
But then you added the Doctor. Why exactly? Does he have a legitimate role in this story aside from "I like Doctor Who and I want to add him" when you could just add Daring Do or an OC archaeologist to fill in the scientist role?
You lost my interest with this story with a character I don't care about from a franchise I have no interest in. Good luck with this story when/IF you return to it.
7481358 personally, I'm hoping for a reboot/partial retcon. I really want to know how WH-fantasy managed to turn into the partially tamed deathworld we know and love, but the author got bogged down with too many plot threads.
