Very first story. And here it goes!
The story is anthro, so I'd like to specify some things.

First, unicorns do not have horns (they do have magic and when used, his/her eyes glow in certain color), however, pegasi do have wings.

Second, the time in the story is like contemporary times, but with a monarchy and royal guards, and guns.

Third, cutie marks are in pony shoulder (right one). I'm not certain why, but well.

The weather team only predicted a small storm for this winter week. However, Mother Nature is a cruel mistress and has ravaged the Fillydelphia countryside with a harsh snowstorm. Beep retreats to her cabin, upon discovering an unconscious half half-frozen mare on the side of a trail.

Shenanigans ensue shortly after.
